Kon niet wennen aan het bed, maar dat zal voor ieder anders zijn.

"Hele ruime kamer en badkamer, alles superschoon. Fijn zwembad en schoon, je kreeg er zelfs badlakens bij. Vriendelijk personeel/eigenaren. Ze hadden ook een buitenkeuken/braai, waar je gebruik van mocht maken."

Needs a bit of modernisation- shower heads had to be held having a shower as there were no hooks to hang them. I know not a fault of the property but electricity/water and wifi kept cutting out.

Een minpuntje, de badkamer is niet verwarmd, wij hebben de deur van de kamer opengezet , dat was voor ons oké.

"Het is een mooie gastenhuis met mooie ruime kamer en balkon met uitzicht op de Oostzee. De gedeeld ruimte en keuken met de andere gasten van de 1 andere kamer was prima en was rijkelijk voorzien. We hebben fietsen kunnen lenen en hebben het als zeer fijn ervaren in de rust en in de prettige hotel of meer B&B. De host Chris was zeer vriendelijk en kregen tips wat et doen en wanneer ook als het rustiger is en minder toeristen."

We hadden wat issues mbt de schoonmaak, maar deze zijn snel en naar tevredenheid opgelost.

"Het is een prachtig complex wat je aan buitenkant niet ziet. Eenmaal door naar de achterkant waan je je in een paradijsje. De gastvrijheid is fantastisch en we hebben er ook heerlijk gegeten."

Er is geen douche. Dat is een luxeprobleem want je kunt je wel goed wassen uit de grote kom.

"This was the most valuable, rememberable stay we had in Ecuador. We loved it! The location, and the drive towards it, is breath taking. The cabin is fantastic, build like in the old days, but with todays modern facilities. It is realy spacious, sleeps 6 if you like. The Italian volunteers were on premise, and they were oh so kind. They explained about their good work and about the Esperanza community. We met with some of the people, who were all very kind and lovable. We have lots of respect for the lady that runs the kitchen and the bank office (I don't remember if it was Francesca, Florence...?). She's a power woman! We got to see the milk factory inside, visited the community building, met de manager there, and visited the school. The kids in the highest class (11-12 years) grabbed their instruments and played us some songs. If people ask about how our vacation was, this is what we tell them about."

We already loved it, but with some small adjustments it can be even better. We were here in November, quite cold at night. The wooden stove doesn't last through the night. Also, we're not a big fan of the smell of it. It would be nice if there's something to keep the place warm in the morning, when you wake up.

"Elizbar is ontzettend vriendelijk, en heeft een hele interessante presentatie gegeven over de wijn. Het eten was buitengewoon lekker."

"I’ve been here multiple times for years. During cold weather, this place is magical. During early summers now, it wasn’t bad. The location is remove but very well guided. The facility is well maintained as always, lots of rooms, clean pool and great bbq amenities. The management is very helpful and approachable. Overall, a very nice farmhouse."
