Vakantieboerderijen in Costa Rica

"De rust. Vriendelijke mensen. Denken ontzettend met je mee. Er is zelfs een taart gebakken voor onze dochter haar verjaardag. Tapas zeer goed."

Bed voor onze dochters niet comfortabel. Paardrijden door de regenval een kwartier stappen in de bak. De eindafrekening viel ons wat tegen.

"Ligging, hele aardige mensen, super gastvrij, vrij gebruik van fietsen, scooter te huur, schoon zwembad, mooie omgeving, lekker eten (ontbijt eenvoudig, maar er werd speciaal nog een broodje gehaald toen deze op waren), kamer met airco."

Harde ligbedden bij zwembad en te weinig. Het is rommelig dan op de foto’s. Er is nu wel mooiere begroeiing.

"Fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Heerlijke koffie, mooie omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel."

We hadden wat issues mbt de schoonmaak, maar deze zijn snel en naar tevredenheid opgelost.

"It was an incredible place to stay. Jimmy and the Family are the most friendliest people we have met in Peru. The Food was awesome. Excellent organisation and a really lovely place with a lot of animals and tradition. We felt so confident."

"Hele leuke persoonlijke ervaring om te mogen slapen op deze originele authentieke estancia. Onze host Maria is heel hartelijk en het eten en ontbijt is zalig! Voor de verjaardag van mijn dochter hjad ze een taartje gebakken met een kaarsje en ballonnen opgehangen. Heel fijn dat ze ons ook met een paar extra liter benzine hebben geholpen zodat we het volgende benzinestation zeker zouden halen."

"Hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw! Gezellig 'n praatje gemaakt en het verblijf netjes laten zien. Plaats genoeg en heerlijk rustig gelegen!"

"De heerlijk rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Daarnaast maken de eigenaren gebruik van veel eigen en lokale producten. Hun ciders zijn heerlijk."

No real complaints, just managing expectations. My room could have been be a little more finished. The guy is doing it up as he makes money, so staying there helps him do this and it didn't bother me. Difficult to locate on Google maps for your driver. Make sure you contact the place in advance for best directions.

"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."

"The host was very friendly and made tons of arrangements for us. He picked us up from the train station, drove us to the grand canyon, and also drove us to the caves. He made a delicious Chinese breakfast that was included and we also paid extra to eat dinner there as well. The hotel is nice and quiet and pretty close to the Grand Canyon - though you will probably still need to drive there."

The room was a little cold in the winter.

Plafonnier ventlo ou Clim dans la pièce principale à la place du ventilo sur pied

En dehors de la location, mauvais état des routes dans cette région, desagreable
