"Hele leuke persoonlijke ervaring om te mogen slapen op deze originele authentieke estancia. Onze host Maria is heel hartelijk en het eten en ontbijt is zalig! Voor de verjaardag van mijn dochter hjad ze een taartje gebakken met een kaarsje en ballonnen opgehangen. Heel fijn dat ze ons ook met een paar extra liter benzine hebben geholpen zodat we het volgende benzinestation zeker zouden halen."

"At Finca Agroecológica El Rosal, I was treated as a special member of the family! Lily, Hermania and Ramiro warmly welcomed my friend and I, then arranged a set of tours to fill the afternoon and the next morning. We toured their 100% organic farm, learned about all the natural products they produce, met the animals and gawked at the beautiful vistas. After an amazing lunch, we helped harvest coffee cherries, then ground and roasted them for a delicious cup of Cafe Intag. For the evening, we harvested yuca, and made "pan de yuca" over the wood fire before settling into another delicious meal. In the morning we got to see where the women of the community harvest aloe vera and process it into natural cosmetics. The whole weekend was a lesson in biodynamic agriculture and generosity from a wonderful family living remotely in the beautiful Intag Valley! Don't hesitate to visit this Finca!"

"De locatie was geweldig. Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en wij hebben elke avond het diner gebruikt, er werd zelfs lang gewacht op ons toen we te lang weg bleven met een puma-tracking. Super fijn!"

"Dit boetiekhotel ligt op een mooie plek in de bergen met een fraai uitzicht. Het is er lekker rustig, “drukte” ontstaat alleen door de rondlopende dieren: een aantal lieve honden en katten, kippen en kraaiende hanen. De eigenaar verzorgt een prima ontbijt en heeft een lange tijd in Nederland gewoond en spreekt prima Nederlands. De kamers zijn schoon, met air-co en in goede staat."

Met de auto is het een minuut of 10 naar Turgutreis en iets langer naar andere delen van Bodrum.

"Great location just near the lake Peipus. The holiday house was just what was needed for one night stay. There was enough outside area to play some games. We also enjoyed the sauna and swim in the lake."

"Great location, spacious flat with big bed. Location is great, we could walk to different locations and short drive to Santa Elena and Cloud Forest."

Unfortunately two scorpions got into the flat and we were not sure how. Fridge leaked water. Other than this the flat is really good.

"Jovan is located by the river, and you can feel totally immersed in nature. The house even has swings outside and a volleyball net! We were given bikes to use and a big outdoor cooker and table. The house is really set up for use to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, and our host even offered to take us fishing if we wanted. Inside, the house is clean and comfortable and very large for what we paid. We also loved the log burner! Overall we loved staying at Jovan and the kindness of our hosts."

There was no oil to use for cooking but that is all

"De locatie en de hele beleving op de grote farm. Prima faciliteiten, fijn dat er een shop was waar je eten en drinken kon kopen. Ook héél fijn dat bij thuiskomst de hot tub was opgestookt!"

De oven deed het niet goed, waardoor we de gekochte (diepvries)maaltijden niet konden opwarmen. Werd voortvarend opgelost door een andere oven te plaatsen, maar ook deze werd niet echt goed heet.

"Op en top zalig. Lieve dame die ons alles duidelijk maakt ondanks alleen maar Portugees. Super lokatie, heel netjes, lekker ontbijt met alles wat je wilt."

"Ligging, hele aardige mensen, super gastvrij, vrij gebruik van fietsen, scooter te huur, schoon zwembad, mooie omgeving, lekker eten (ontbijt eenvoudig, maar er werd speciaal nog een broodje gehaald toen deze op waren), kamer met airco."

Harde ligbedden bij zwembad en te weinig. Het is rommelig dan op de foto’s. Er is nu wel mooiere begroeiing.

"The host was very friendly and made tons of arrangements for us. He picked us up from the train station, drove us to the grand canyon, and also drove us to the caves. He made a delicious Chinese breakfast that was included and we also paid extra to eat dinner there as well. The hotel is nice and quiet and pretty close to the Grand Canyon - though you will probably still need to drive there."

The room was a little cold in the winter.

"Elizbar is ontzettend vriendelijk, en heeft een hele interessante presentatie gegeven over de wijn. Het eten was buitengewoon lekker."

We kregen persoonlijke tips voor de omgeving en we hebben zelfs van een prive theeproverij mogen genieten. Geweldig! De plek zelf is prachtig en het was super fijn dat we van de keuken gebruik konden maken."
