Chalets in Costa Rica

"I absolutely loved the place! I came together with my friend with intention to relax and chill. The place was super cozy, relaxing and in a lovely calm area. When we came in november, there were still some wedding decoration left on the staircase (from the owners sons wedding the month before), and as a future bride myself I felt enchanted! I definitely recommend this place either for a lovely ladies night, or a romantic getaway, or a fun holiday with a bunch or friends. Greetings from Joanna and Monika"

"Gezellige huisjes (Villa’s Malina) in een rustige omgeving vlakbij de liften van Borovets. Het restaurant heeft ook een uitgebreide kaart met veel gerechten die bij kinderen in de smaak vallen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam."

Wij hadden geen groot gemis of klachten. Het enige dat misschien nog beter kon waren de voorzieningen in de keuken. De hoeveelheid bestek, borden , kommetjes, potten, pannen … was heel nipt voor 5 personen.

How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

"Great house, in good location. Breakfast delivery service is clever and helpful as it's all nicely packed you can take it with you to eat later if you're like us and like to be on slopes early."

Road to the house is absolutely ridiculous! It should not be allowed to host anyone in houses or hotels with road like this. There are building works happening too,with new houses coming up yet the road is AWFUL! For that specific reason 8/10 not 10/10. Also Garden is not secure so letting dog out is not simple.

You have to bring cash to pay for the room. The toilet and shower (both very clean) are in a separate house. So you have to make short walk (15 meters) I had problems to find the location in google maps. The location I found was not the location of accommodation. Finally somebody helped us to find the proper location.

Het bed was echt wel een smal. Verder was het ontzettend lastig slapen met blaffende honden, kraaiende hanen en een houtzagerij naast het hotel. Kom hier niet voor je rust!

"I liked everything about the property. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hectic life of the local area. The villas are well equipped for cooking which I managed to do quite happily. All the staff were particularly helpful, professional and pleasant in their approach. I have to mention Miss Erika, the property administrator who couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Also, Maria would clean and tidy my villa so well, which always made my surroundings so pleasant. Even Digno, the security guy, was very helpful and carried my suitcases when I left. I was very happy with the price I paid to stay in this property."

"Geen ontbijt inbegrepen, maar veel mogelijkheden en keus daarvoor op zeer korte afstand. De locatie was mooi, wel nog de weg (eigenlijk pad) tussen de locatie en de rivier. Uiterst behulpzame en vriendelijke gastheer die goed Engels spreekt met een Australisch accent en veel kan regelen en goed advies geven. Koelkast en waterkoker op de kamer en buitenzitje met hangschommelstoel. Goedkope fietsverhuur naast de locatie. Veel restaurants in de buurt."

De wc inclusief wc papier bijna onder de douche positioneren in een ruime badkamer is niet echt praktisch, zeker niet zonder gordijntje er tussen. Met been beetje improviseren is dit echter geen probleem.

"Het hartelijk ontvangst, de lekkere soep en het ontbijtje dat we kregen. Het zicht en de tuin zijn prachtig en rustgevend en de houtstoof maakt het nog eens lekker gezellig in de hut zelf. Je komt er echt tot rust."

Jammer genoeg een nieuw (kleiner) bed sinds de laatste keer en kraakte nogal. Maar de nieuwe matras lag wel goed.

"El alojamiento brinda todas las condiciones necesarias, además de estar equipada con refrigeradora, cocina y utensilios para su uso, también cuenta con buena climatización . Y la vista hacia el mar es increíble."

Me gustaría que hubiera cámara de seguridad en la parte de afuera, que es donde quedan los vehículos.
