Volgens mij iets duur voor wat het is!

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

"De locatie was geweldig aan het mooie strand en de (bad)kamer was giga groot en helemaal nieuw. Personeel maakte er ‘s avonds een feestje van. Bij de receptie moeten ze nog een beetje leren lachen."

Het hotel ernaast had veel muziek tot 23:00 uur. En het het diner was een buffet. Dit was oké maar voor deze prijs verwacht iets hoger niveau.

"We voelden ons meteen welkom door de vriendelijke ontvangst. De locatie is fijn: rustig, maar toch heel centraal, vlak bij tram en metro en op tien minuutjes lopen van het Rijksmuseum. De kamer was schoon, de badkamer ruim en het bed heerlijk comfortabel. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. We komen graag nog eens terug!"

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

"Leuk ontvangen met een glimlach. Heerlijke lounge waar je s’avonds of na het ontbijt nog even heerlijk kunt zitten."

Ontbijtzaal zou iets zweer voller aangekleed mogen worden. Ook de mogelijkheid voor het laden van de auto zou iets beter kunnen.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"Prachtige locatie, direct aan de zee. Hotel ligt om een mooie tuin met zwembaden, gezellig en zelfs in de kerstvakantie niet druk (dus geen gedoe met bedjes reserveren, er was altijd plek). Vriendelijk personeel en goed restaurant."

Het is allemaal wat verouderd - van de inrichting van de kamers tot de ligbedden aan zee en zeker de apparaten in de gym, zou een update kunnen gebruiken. Verder was het eten in Calabash restaurant heerlijk, maar duur en je moest soms echt heeeeeeel lang wachten ondanks het feit dat er heel veel personeel rondloopt.

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, enkel het gemeenschappelijke toilet.

"The breakfast buffet was good quality if a little expensive, make sure you book day before to get a discount."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Fantastic place for Family. Oasis of calm and peace and beautiful places reachable by bike foot or car. Great hosts. Big surroundings and a lot of area. Mushroom picking, fishing, wonderful lakes nearby. Great value for money for sure. Recommend"

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

Un po' troppo rumore notturno

"Schone kamer en het personeel was heel vriendelijk vooral bij het diner. Heerlijk gegeten daar!"

Ontbijt! Iedere dag scrambled eggs. Een gewoon eitje was er niet. Af en toe kwamen ze langs met een schaaltje fruit. Heel veel ananas en weinig meloen. Zet dit gewoon bij het buffet neer. Ik miste ook tomaat en komkommer.

"Goed hotel, een aanrader. Enkel de kamer was zeer warn, 26 graden. Heb dit gemeld aan de conciërge die onmiddellijk actie ondernam. Als we terug naar Sofia gaan boeken we zeker dit hotel terug."

"De rust en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De kamer was perfect. Geen last van buitengeluiden. Uitstekend ontbijt. En zo fijn dat er op loopafstand zo veel leuke restaurantjes te vinden zijn! Dank aan de receptie medewerkers, die je direct thuis laten voelen in Eurostart Palace Hotel Zichy!"

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Prima kamer aan de tuin met zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ik kreeg een ‘complimentary late check out’ tot 15.00, vanwege mijn vlucht in de avond."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

Dinner service was extremely slow

"Locatie is iets meer afgelegen tov stadscentrum waar wel nabij busstation. Er is redelijk wat horeca in de directe omgeving maar allen ook wat verlaten. Ik verbleef er 1 nacht omdat het vlakbij het ziekenhuis ligt. De familie is gastvrij en vriendelijk, het hotel en de kamer is brandschoon. Het ontbijt is met liefde klaargemaakt."
