"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"Het hotel lag in een rustige buurt, waardoor je 's ochtends alleen vogels hoorde. De locatie was dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden in de Old City. De kamers waren knus ingericht, de lobby zag er erg mooi uit en nodigde echt uit om te gaan zitten. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De bedden waren heel comfortabel. "Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"De locatie was geweldig aan het mooie strand en de (bad)kamer was giga groot en helemaal nieuw. Personeel maakte er ‘s avonds een feestje van. Bij de receptie moeten ze nog een beetje leren lachen."

Het hotel ernaast had veel muziek tot 23:00 uur. En het het diner was een buffet. Dit was oké maar voor deze prijs verwacht iets hoger niveau.

Ontbijtzaal zou iets zweer voller aangekleed mogen worden. Ook de mogelijkheid voor het laden van de auto zou iets beter kunnen.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Omgeving is schoon de mensen zijn fantastisch, maar ook de mensen due er werken zijn geweldig. Iedereen lacht. De hele dag hoor je Jambo en Hakuna Matata. Ooooo wil zo graag terug. Dit is een verblijf waar we zeker nog een keer naar toe willen.❤️"

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

Kamer was niet geheel schoon. Kringen op het dressoir.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.
