"Geen ontbijt inbegrepen, maar veel mogelijkheden en keus daarvoor op zeer korte afstand. De locatie was mooi, wel nog de weg (eigenlijk pad) tussen de locatie en de rivier. Uiterst behulpzame en vriendelijke gastheer die goed Engels spreekt met een Australisch accent en veel kan regelen en goed advies geven. Koelkast en waterkoker op de kamer en buitenzitje met hangschommelstoel. Goedkope fietsverhuur naast de locatie. Veel restaurants in de buurt."

De wc inclusief wc papier bijna onder de douche positioneren in een ruime badkamer is niet echt praktisch, zeker niet zonder gordijntje er tussen. Met been beetje improviseren is dit echter geen probleem.

"La cabane est de très bonne qualité, spacieuse avec un pont qui donne sur une petite terrasse. Un salon est également à disposition sous la cabane avec un bbq. La cabane est très bien agencée avec ce qu’il faut, notamment un grand frigo, de la vaisselle et de quoi faire la cuisine. L’endroit est très bien situé au calme entre Bouillante et Deshaies. A 50m de la maison cacao et duke plage de galet. Les plages de sable sont entre 7 et 15mn en voiture. L’endroit parfait pour se dépayser. Liliane est une personne formidable qui conseille volontiers et est à dispositions en cas de besoin. Nous avons adorés ce séjour."

"Wonderful little getaway, greeted by the most charming host and beautiful, peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Saw the sunrise with coffee and breakfast on the private terrace/decking area. A must if you are in the area."

Everything was perfect.

"Het is een fantastische plek om midden in de natuur, buiten de bewoning, alleen te mogen overnachten. In de avond vliegen de vleermuizen in vele soorten langs je balkon. In de ochtend wordt je wakker door een oorverdovend vogel concert, die je allemaal van dichtbi kunt bewonderenj. Je bent super dichtbij het national parc. Ook de hulp met kok en gids was prima voorzien. Bed is goed (ben zelf ca 2 meter)."

De voorzieningen zijn nog niet helemaal op niveau. Water en licht kan uitvallen, maar dat is op wel meer locaties. De eigenaar was blij met onze feedback en heeft aangegeven een aantal (kleine) reparaties binnenkort door te voeren.

Accès piéton un peu raide pour monter les bagages mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité

"I absolutely loved the place! I came together with my friend with intention to relax and chill. The place was super cozy, relaxing and in a lovely calm area. When we came in november, there were still some wedding decoration left on the staircase (from the owners sons wedding the month before), and as a future bride myself I felt enchanted! I definitely recommend this place either for a lovely ladies night, or a romantic getaway, or a fun holiday with a bunch or friends. Greetings from Joanna and Monika"
