Luxe tenten in Nepal

"Le A is situated in a magnifient garden, and you really feel lost in the place. It is very well integrated with the surroundings and calm. The accomodation is what you see on the pics and you will have what you need. The bed is comfortable and you need to do a small walk to get to shower and toilette, but that it is part of the beauty! Be aware of mosquitos! But this is normal in u are btw plants and in a garden. Sylviane will provide you with all the info you need to move around and where to buy things. If you van, rent a scooter, that will make you to be able to go around!"

Perhaps it could be a more clear the walking areas…but is part of the place :)

"Een droomplaats, aan een prachtig strand! Ja, er zijn slechts 2 toiletten en douches maar dat vergeet je gewoon... je kan je trouwens ook lekker afspoelen onder de buitendouche. Camperen is natuurlijk altijd wat vermoeiend, zeker als de nachten warm zijn, maar bij Jungle Camping is er maximaal schaduw gecreëerd met doeken en vooral met wijnranken. Heel aangenaam om onder al dat groen te zitten aan de tafeltjes bij de bar voor een sterke koffie 's morgens of een rakija 's avonds. De camping wordt uitgebaat door een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame familie. Je kan een Sup board huren, perfect op de kalme zee. Ga zeker eten bij Ohana (amper 10 minuten te voet) en geniet van een heerlijke maaltijd en een onvergetelijke zonsondergang."

"Ondanks dat de camping vol was, was het er toch rustig. Heel veel faciliteiten en speel voorzieningen voor kinderen van alle leeftijden en toilet gebouw erg schoon. Ligging is prima."

Enige nadeel is dat er geen extra speel plek op de camping plaats zelf is. Dit zorgt er wel voor dat het bij de camping plaatsen rustig is, de kinderen zijn allemaal bij de speel faciliteiten, maar soms is het ook wel fijn om voor de tent een spelletje te kunnen doen (badminton bv), die ruimte is er niet.

"The entire setup was gorgeous. Felt like a true camp. They added a lovely touch by providing big kettle in a common area which was on simmer heat with unlimited Jordanian tea. We opted for a dinner as well which was extra. Dinner buffet had a nice selection of salads and dips. They only offered one lamb, one chicken and one rice with potatoes dish. Lamb was delicious from a buffet standard. Chicken was too dry which was a shame as falvour was nice. Rice and potatoes were decent too. Only thing is they should include atleast water in buffet as standard. Lastly location seems be right on the edge of wadi rum dessert. It's about 40 mins drives from wadi rum village."

We had a buddle tent. It was modern and looks very elegant. However the floor of bubble tent was a bit dusty. I am not sure weather this was because of lack of cleaning or bubble tents are not perfectly sealed. Other than that our bathroom had no shower certain. So when one person took a shower entire bathroom got flooded. They did provide us with a floor wiper when we requested it. If they install a shower certain or shower glass, this bathroom would be perfect. Lastly we didn't get hot water. Apparently, you need to request the reception who then switch on the boiler. Given there are no phones inside the room, one has to go all the way to reception to get hot water turned on.

keuken was vies en rommelig, niet genoeg plek om af te wassen. wc’s en douches waren erg ouderwets en basis, maar ging ok.

"Sammy was echt super behulpzaam en aardig. Het eten was heerlijk en de tour was leuk. De tent zelf was een mooi ervaring om mee te maken maar wat echt bij me bleef was het personeel."

"Great set up, breakfast, it poured with rain one night and the tent was dry as a bone. Dog loved it. Didn’t use the swimming pool but looked good for families. Good showers and communal cooking facilities."

De afstand om naar de badkamer te lopen was snachts in de regen wat ver.

Not a problem with the campsite: there is 8 km unpaved road only to this place.
