"Uitstekend hotel in een rustige omgeving. Fijne ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg. Prachtige kamer met ruime badkamer, heerlijke douche en een comfortabele bank. Prima bedden en heerlijk ontbijt. Dichtbij het station en het centrum. Een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Salzburg."

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, enkel het gemeenschappelijke toilet.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Het huis zou wel een likje verf kunnen gebruiken en iets meer aandacht voor de hygiëne in de badkamer.

Kleine dingetjes: douchecabine kleine kier moet even gefikst (vergeten te melden).

"Wij checkte pas snachts in en dat was geen enkel probleem. Ook midden in de nacht kon er nog een extra bed geplaatst worden in de kamer en konden we zelfs nog eten bestellen."

"La Orana. De OWB waren echt 🤩 Wij zaten aan de achterzijde aan de koralen, waar we mooi konden tussen lopen en waar de meeste vissen zaten. Ook het strand was heerlijk en we beleefden er een prachtige Polynesische avond😍"

Alles beviel mij aan deze locatie! Het was idyllisch, prachtiger kan niet meer🌸 Mauruuru!

Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr schwach.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

Er was 1 raam in de kamer dat niet goed sloot waardoor we af en toe 's nachts wel hinder hadden van een blaffende hond, voorbijwandelende mensen of muziek. Verder was het wel rustig in de kamer. Dus wanneer het raam wordt hersteld, is de ligging van de kamer perfect.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

The pool was often closed to guests

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

Clean and tidy and a great swimming pool , great food and cold beer.

"This hotel is at the higher end of the price range but i keep returning as they have an EXCELLENT restaurant and very professional friendly staff. Many of the staff are long term employees and are true hospitality staff. I just hope they are appreciated by Mendana senior management."

The reticulated TV system requires some work as reception is poor and the room lighting is not real good. Also, we stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms and the maintenance manager should be aware that many of the newly laid floor tiles are "drummy" and will require repairs very soon.

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"Vooral als je wilt reizen met de bus, bijvoorbeeld naar het noorden, naar de Victoria Falls, dan is dit een ideale plek. Het hotel ligt aan het busstation, waar alle bussen hun halteplaats hebben. De bestemming staat aangegeven bij de halte en als de bus vol is vertrekt deze. Het hotel is prima."

I love everything

"Personeel was heel vriendelijk en dacht in alles mee. Ontbijt was heel gevarieerd en lekker. Zwembad en sauna (toeslag voor de sauna) waren heerlijk. Kamer was prima."

"We voelden ons meteen welkom door de vriendelijke ontvangst. De locatie is fijn: rustig, maar toch heel centraal, vlak bij tram en metro en op tien minuutjes lopen van het Rijksmuseum. De kamer was schoon, de badkamer ruim en het bed heerlijk comfortabel. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. We komen graag nog eens terug!"

Ik kan niets bedenken.
