Eén ochtend was er geen ontbijtbuffet omdat er weinig gasten waren. We konden kiezen uit een beperkt ontbijtmenu. Hier stonden echter weinig zaken op die we als ontbijt lusten, vooral warme schotels. Het hotel is degelijk, maar gedateerd. Eerder geschikt voor binnenlands toerisme.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

The room is beyond confortable, and everything was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the Food at Omakase, not so much at Ike’s bistro (except breakfast, which was delicious and with great variety) Other than that absolut perfection."

I just wouldnt recommend dinner at Ike’as bistro, but the other restaurants Were delicious! Omakase is outstanding for a great Price.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

De toeslag voor een paar garnalen in de 15 dollar caesar salade bleek maar liefst 18 dollar te zijn.

Luide muziek uit een andere lokatie aan welfare road. Doordat wij 2 slaapkamers hadden, was het voor ons mogelijk om de slaapkamer aan zee te kiezen. Hier hadden wij geen geluidsoverlast

"Centraal gelegen met mooi zwembad op korte afstand van het vulkaanmeer en nagenoeg direkt in het centrum. Het hotel had een uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet."

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

"Arjuna Villa ligt op een prachtige plek boven de zee, die hier woest is waardoor je overal de golven hoort, een heerlijk geluid. Er is een prachtig zwembad dat heerlijk koel is en perfect schoon. Je zwemt als het ware boven de golven. De kamers zijn mooi gemaakt en hebben allemaal een ruim terras. We hadden een vraag i.v.m. beperkte mobiliteit en kregen een prima gelegen kamer. Het terrein is prachtig en de verzorging door Mina is perfect. Vragen en het wordt geregeld."

Het is denk ik handig om bij aankomst aan de gasten te vertellen of er automatisch dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt of dat dat gevraagd moet worden en of er dagelijks schone handdoeken worden gebracht.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.
