"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

"Zeer hartelijk welkom. Grote kamer met zitje. Balkon met uitzicht. Goed eten en vriendelijk bediening bij de bar en diner."

Parkeren was lastig, omdat het erg druk was. Verder geen klachten.

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

i was a bit disappointed for the all inclusive plus there was not much to choose from and every day almost the same items and some of the items unfortunately they weren’t fresh

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Nette kamer met heerlijk bed en ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en je kunt er ook goed avondeten. Ideaal ook voor avonturiers op de motor er is veel ruimte om te parkeren."

Er was geen warm water beschikbaar. Het resort is nieuw of recent vernieuwd en ze hebben dat nog niet helemaal goed geregeld. Het tweede bed zou opgemaakt worden, maar dat werd pas na 3x vragen gedaan.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

A bit convoluted to get around the property until you get used to it

"iconisch hotel, zelden zo'n mooi hotel gezien, is toptoptop ! ongekend goed ontbijt - zeer lekker gegeten in één van de restaurants - fantastische cocktails ! staff extreem goed communicerend en uiterst behulpzaam prachtige kamer met mooiste voorzieningen, zéér ruim en mooi ingericht !"

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"De accommodatie beviel mij erg goed, vooral het zwembad met de waterval vond ik heerlijk. De badkamer was prachtig en de kamer ruim, waardoor ik me erg op mijn gemak voelde. Daarnaast is de locatie rustig en omringd door veel natuur, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte."

Helaas kregen we niet de juiste afstandsbediening voor de airco in de kamer, wat we pas later merkten. Daardoor dachten we dat de afstandsbediening defect wa. Daarnaast zou het prettig zijn als er een iets dikker laken beschikbaar is, of eventueel een extra laken. Op die manier kunnen gasten zich comfortabeler bedekken.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.
