"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"Very large comfortable room, clean and nice, kitchen available. Proprietor was very kind and helped me when I didn't manage to open the door."

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"Accommodations are simple but very comfortable. Nice swimming pool right out the hotel room door. Short walk to the water. We really enjoyed diving. My 18yr old son got PADI certified. They did an awesome job with him. Nassar was his instructor. He was awesome! Area was very safe."

No complaints. Please understand that tourism is severely impacted by the Gazan war. Many hotels and restaurants are closed and those that are open often are operating in a limited capacity. For example hotel restaurants might not operate at all. This affects all hotels. There were almost no tourists as of November 2025.

"Goede locatie. Ontbijt was prima, genoeg keuze. Handig dat je alles daar kon boeken. Wasservice was ook goed."

Douche duurde erg lang voor het warm werd, maar werd wel warm. De airco van de buren maakte heel veel herrie.

"Wat een ontzettend fijne b&b! Alles superschoon en netjes, fijne kamer, fijn bed, De medewerkers stuk voor stuk allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk zwembad wat elke dag werd schoongemaakt en fijne zonnebedden. Zéker een aanrader!"

De waterdruk en regeling temperatuur in de douche maar dat is een bekend fenomeen in Gambia ;) In eerste instantie is het wat moeilijk te vinden.

"De vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw Lilija deed er alles aan om het verblijf nog prettiger te maken dan het al was. Haar persoonlijke benadering maakte van het ontbijt een fijn begin van de dag."

Geen groot minpunt, maar als je de douche gebruikt dan is direct de hele badkamer inclusief toilet nat.

"Een grote kamer met goede faciliteiten. We hebben erg genoten op dit plekje! Schoon en dichtbij alles. Ik adviseer je om excursies via het hotel te boeken. Ze weten de beste adresjes voor de beste prijzen. We gingen een avond vissen met de hotel manager en die vis lag die avond door het gezin bereidt op ons bord. Een erg fijn plekje!"

Her ontbijt was tot her minimum beperkt, maar je kreeg in ieder geval voldoende.

Bathroom has mouldy smell, so needs to open window for ventilation. The building doesn’t have elevator, so if you have big luggage, it will be an issue to move your luggage.

"Friendly owner, clean place, comfortable bed, basic kitchen appliances in the room, as well as in the shared kitchen. Nice little outside seating areas. Quiet location, walking distance to the ferry. You can also rent a car from the owner should you need one."

Not much space in the room to move around, the on suite bathroom was a bit uncomfortable (really just a lil plastic box in the room, kinda see thru and if you wanna take a shower, everything gets wet and the room gets humid) so we opted for the shared bathroom in the hallway. The fan in the shared kitchen didn't work and there aren't many plates/bowls etc.

"Leuke open bar en goed restaurant rond het zwembad. Toegewijd personeel dat heeeel lange uren maakte en nog steeds met veel plezier het de gasten naar de zin maakten. Mooie tuin waar je rustig in kon zitten en prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ook eigen terrasje met een comfortabele bank."

Beetje ver van het centrum en nogal hoog zodat lopen niet zo handig was. Geen koffie/thee op de kamer.

"Vis 101 is een heerlijke B&B in een klein, charmant dorpje bovenop een berg. Jenny, de lieve en attente eigenaresse, is een fantastische kok en zorgt met haar ontbijtbuffet elke ochtend voor een perfecte start van de dag. Ook haar diners zijn overheerlijk met veel groenten uit eigen tuin. De kamers zijn schoon, mooi ingericht en bieden een prachtig uitzicht. De aanwezigheid van Skip, een border collie, en twee katten maakt het extra gezellig! De kamers waren heel mooi en bed lag heerlijk. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk. En het uitzicht over de heuvels prachtig. Echt een aanrader om naar toe te gaan."

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

"Our stay with Simone was very pleasant. He has a lovely energy and everything was easy and uncomplicated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great. We only missed having an extra window, but overall we really enjoyed our stay."

Het is allemaal verouderd en dat valt met name op in de badkamer, maar het is schoon en voor de gevraagde prijs is het uitstekend

Vind persoonlijk alles we gedateerd en voor bijna €300 per nacht verwacht ik wel iets meer luxe en netheid. Afwerking van de huisjes is ook minimaal

"Prachtig uitzicht en hele mooie tuin met zitjes. Rustig gelegen. Prima kamer met balkon met zitjes."

Voor ons was het op prima loopafstand van het centrum . Maar wel stijle weg. Kan een probleem zijn als je niet goed ter been bent. Alternatief: tuktuks.

"The owner, Pierce was very friendly as were the other workers here. Location was excellent as it was close to shops, restaurants and you can even walk to the ferry terminal. Included breakfast was good enough. Great views from the hotel. Good value for an expensive destination like St Thomas."

I had a shared bathroom but it seems like everyone was using it, not just the guests who were designated that bathroom. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything that people do in their rooms...
