Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"Het verblijf was uitstekend. Enkel het avondmaal vond ik iets minder voor de prijs. Het personeel was echter enorm vriendelijk. Twee medewerkers die ons bijzonder zijn bijgebleven vanwege hun vriendelijkheid en sociale houding zijn Souhaib en Badr."

Het allinclusive gedeelte het eten viel ons tegen.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

Die Hotelleiteung müsste sich mehr Mühe geben mit den Gästen in Kontakt

"Schone goed uitgeruste kamers met uitstekende airco. Mooi zwembad met bediening en een leuke pier de surinamerivier in."

De toeslag voor een paar garnalen in de 15 dollar caesar salade bleek maar liefst 18 dollar te zijn.

"Mooie locatie met veel faciliteiten. Dicht bij het strand en veel zwembaden. Hotelkamers zijn prima."

Van het eten had ik wel wat meer verwacht. Het middag en avond buffet zijn niet echt top. Veel kwantitief voedsel, kan wel wat aan verbeterd worden.

"Heel Gastvrij, men nam de tijd om ons welkom te heten en naar de tafel te brengen. Er was een heel groot gevarieerd aanbod aan ontbijt inclusief meerdere glutenvrije opties. Bij de ontbijtbar was het mogelijk om specifieke wensen te vermelden en eieren zoals eggs benedict. Ook de handdoekservice bij het zwembad en privestrand was geweldig."

De prijzen van de restaurants zijn wat aan de hoge kant. De cocktails mochten wat gevarieerder zijn in aabod. Parkeertarief voor de auto valt tegen en zou inclusief mogen zijn.

Badkamer wat gedateerd, maar werkte wel.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

Everything was lovely!

"I can’t think of anything I would change (and I don’t say that often). Our stay was full of little details and the service was impecable. The room is beyond confortable, and everything was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the Food at Omakase, not so much at Ike’s bistro (except breakfast, which was delicious and with great variety) Other than that absolut perfection."

I just wouldnt recommend dinner at Ike’as bistro, but the other restaurants Were delicious! Omakase is outstanding for a great Price.

The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.
