室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"De ligging was perfect voor een weekje wintersport. Binnen 10 minuten was je in Kaprun, en met 15 minuten in Zell am See. Het appartement was keurig en voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig kon hebben (inclusief airfryer!). Bedden lagen prima, en het formaat van het appartement was groot genoeg voor 2 a 3 personen."

De douchecabine was voorzien van o.a. een regendouche, maar deze werkte helaas niet helemaal goed waardoor we de handdouche hebben moeten gebruiken. Scheen te komen door het vele kalk in het water.

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dat altijd tijd had voor vragen of hulp. Fijne voorzieningen met padelbanen (waar we graag gebruik van gemaakt hebben). FIjne ruime kamer, met goede bedden en inrichting."

De prijzen van dienstverlening van het sportcentrum waren erg hoog. Padelles ruim 2x zo duur als aan de Costra Brava, ook de massage was 80 euro voor een uur. En die viel nog tegen ook, doordat er verschillende, tegenstrijdigen prijs- en mogelijkheid lijsten waren. Dit is niet goed opgelost, tegen de verwachtingen die geschept zijn in.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"The stay at Scrub Island was amazing. The hotel is super comfortable, the bed was great, and the rooms are big and clean. The employees were super helpful.l, especially the manager, Raj, willing to walk the extra mile to help us."

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"Het zicht op de zee en de rust . Basic kamer, maar deze voldeed volkomen aan onze behoefte. Zeer reactieve eigenaar. Alle faciliteiten (zwembad, restaurants, winkeltje....) in de onmiddelijke omgeving. Onmiddelijke toegang naar het strand."

"Netjes, de grootte was helemaal prima, leuk opgezet, in de zomer denk ik echt wel dat het een heel gezellig park is."

Licht erg afgelegen, en nu in de winter is het erg rustig en natuurlijk niks te doen. De WiFi werkt alleen bij de receptie vind ik echt een nadeel, zeker als je afhankelijk bent van de WiFi, loadshedding maakte alles erg donker meestal kregen we een noodlamp mee nu niet dus het was echt pikkedonker. Met de telefoon alles moeten verlichten.

Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

"We are thankful for the wonderful Christmas week spent in villa Castoria. Marina Liptov. First of all, the accommodation itself: a nice family sofa, cosy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a marvelous view to the mountains and winter river ❤️ The service is perfect!"

"Het strand is echt paradijs! De mensen die er werkten zo vriendelijk.Er is zoveel te zien van locale bevolking die de vissersboten binnen halen. Je wordt uitgenodigd om mee te helpen. Ook lokale bevolking heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was fantastisch."

Er viel niets tegen! Zelfs voldoende warm water om te douchen! Het is eenvoudig en dat wisten we.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"If I'm coming back to this resort it's only due to Mr.Hossam , he made our stay exceptional, he is the kind of staff that you will alw ays remember, and the resort overall is outstanding as well"

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"
