"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

De WiFi werkt alleen bij de receptie vind ik echt een nadeel, zeker als je afhankelijk bent van de WiFi, loadshedding maakte alles erg donker meestal kregen we een noodlamp mee nu niet dus het was echt pikkedonker. Met de telefoon alles moeten verlichten.

"iconisch hotel, zelden zo'n mooi hotel gezien, is toptoptop ! ongekend goed ontbijt - zeer lekker gegeten in één van de restaurants - fantastische cocktails ! staff extreem goed communicerend en uiterst behulpzaam prachtige kamer met mooiste voorzieningen, zéér ruim en mooi ingericht !"

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

"Mooie locatie in een wildpark, waar we giraffen hebben kunnen spotten. Het restaurant ligt prachtig aan een vijver met prima eten. Geweldig en behulpzaam personeel."

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

"Het zicht op de zee en de rust . Basic kamer, maar deze voldeed volkomen aan onze behoefte. Zeer reactieve eigenaar. Alle faciliteiten (zwembad, restaurants, winkeltje....) in de onmiddelijke omgeving. Onmiddelijke toegang naar het strand."
