"iconisch hotel, zelden zo'n mooi hotel gezien, is toptoptop ! ongekend goed ontbijt - zeer lekker gegeten in één van de restaurants - fantastische cocktails ! staff extreem goed communicerend en uiterst behulpzaam prachtige kamer met mooiste voorzieningen, zéér ruim en mooi ingericht !"

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

Having to say goodbye at the end of the stay. All of the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dat altijd tijd had voor vragen of hulp. Fijne voorzieningen met padelbanen (waar we graag gebruik van gemaakt hebben). FIjne ruime kamer, met goede bedden en inrichting."

De prijzen van dienstverlening van het sportcentrum waren erg hoog. Padelles ruim 2x zo duur als aan de Costra Brava, ook de massage was 80 euro voor een uur. En die viel nog tegen ook, doordat er verschillende, tegenstrijdigen prijs- en mogelijkheid lijsten waren. Dit is niet goed opgelost, tegen de verwachtingen die geschept zijn in.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice."

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

"De eerste 10 die ik ooit heb gegeven maar dit verblijf is het meer als waard! De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn ongelooflijk warm en doen er alles aan om je verblijf aangenaam te maken! Zij denken aan alle details en helpen je met plezier, wij voelden ons vanaf minuut 1 welkom. Het eten was heerlijk en de cocktails waren super lekker. De kamer was prachtig en had een prachtige buitendouche. Het verblijf is nog mooier als op foto en ik raad het iedereen aan voor een verblijf in Rio Dulce/Livingston. Maja en Dino wij danken jullie heel hard voor dit prachtige verblijf!"

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.

"Prima kamer, ontbijt goed. Elke dag wel hetzelfde. Faciliteiten prima! Personeel vriendelijk."

Badkamer wat gedateerd, maar werkte wel.

Het is een sportcomplex. Dus niet heel gezellig. Maar dat wisten we bij het boeken.

"Zeer hartelijk welkom. Grote kamer met zitje. Balkon met uitzicht. Goed eten en vriendelijk bediening bij de bar en diner."

Parkeren was lastig, omdat het erg druk was. Verder geen klachten.

Het is niet handig om ‘s avonds lopend de boel te verkennen. Het verkeer is wat chaotisch.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."
