En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"Arjuna Villa ligt op een prachtige plek boven de zee, die hier woest is waardoor je overal de golven hoort, een heerlijk geluid. Er is een prachtig zwembad dat heerlijk koel is en perfect schoon. Je zwemt als het ware boven de golven. De kamers zijn mooi gemaakt en hebben allemaal een ruim terras. We hadden een vraag i.v.m. beperkte mobiliteit en kregen een prima gelegen kamer. Het terrein is prachtig en de verzorging door Mina is perfect. Vragen en het wordt geregeld."

Het is denk ik handig om bij aankomst aan de gasten te vertellen of er automatisch dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt of dat dat gevraagd moet worden en of er dagelijks schone handdoeken worden gebracht.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"Nette kamer met heerlijk bed en ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en je kunt er ook goed avondeten. Ideaal ook voor avonturiers op de motor er is veel ruimte om te parkeren."

Er was geen warm water beschikbaar. Het resort is nieuw of recent vernieuwd en ze hebben dat nog niet helemaal goed geregeld. Het tweede bed zou opgemaakt worden, maar dat werd pas na 3x vragen gedaan.

"Ligging zeer rustig aan de golfbaan dichtbij de luchthaven. Mooie nieuwe kamers met alle voorzieningen en uitzicht over de golfbaan. Gratis parkeren. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en goed restaurant voor prima prijs. Wat wil je nog meer?"

Not enough umbrellas outside on tables

"We hadden een villa met uitzicht op de zee. Zeer ruim en mooi. Personeel was vriendelijk, op de strandwacht na, en het eten was lekker. De locatie is ook erg goed. De sfeer in het hotel is goed"

Helaas mocht je niet zwemmen in de zee en het zwembad was te warm.

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

"Accomodatie was in orde. Ons 5 persoonshuisje was OK, hield niet echt over met een slaapbank voor 1 persoon in de woonkamer, maar OK. Het is op zich op een mooi terrein gelegen en het personeels is prima. Wij probeerden dagelijks een rustige plek te vinden om te zitten aan de zee. Dat was altijd even zoeken in de drukte."

Maar hier nog een keer naar toe? Nee: de WiFi is gewoon slecht. Het idee dat wij vooraf hadden dat het een vrij rustig complex betrof, bleek onterecht. Dit complex is onderdeel van meerdere mega campings. Dus zoek je rust, ga hier niet heen. Het merendeel van de gasten betreft ook echt campingvolk. Veel Nederlander en Duitsers. Daarvoor reisden wij niet af naar deze plek in Kroatië. Betalen voor ligbedden en parasols, echt waar? Voor een 4 sterren complex! Verder, de winkel op het terrein is erg duur. Veel duurder dan de supermarkt, die 2,5 km verderop licht van hetzelfde concern. Niet heen gaan dus.

"It was very clean and there was a range of different food and drink options which were all great. The staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great view from our balcony."

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Grote kamer met goede bedden. We hadden op ons verzoek een open tussendeur tussen de twee gereserveerde kamers, wat erg handig was. Veel keuze bij buffetrestaurant. Je mag ook een keer in ieder a la carte restaurant eten als je er een week verblijft. Je kon op meerdere plekken een flesje water vullen. Erg handig op warme dagen. Ook lagen er op een aantal plekken o.a. sandwiches en kipnuggets om mee te nemen. Er werd ook niet moeilijk gedaan als je daarmee op pad ging."

We waren er in de eerste week van mei. De beloofde airco's op de kamers waren overal in het hotel nog buitenwerking vanwege vroegseizoen. Daardoor moesten de ramen de hele avond en nacht open, doordat het erg warm was op de kamers. Er was erg veel lawaai van straatverkeer. En ook een erg irritant hotelmuziekje bij de ingang van het hotel dat tot 0.00 uur luid aan stond en zelf op de vijfde verdieping aan de zijkant van het hotel nog hoorbaar was. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. We kregen een ventilator na onze klacht over de airco. Maar ze konden niets aan het hotelmuziekje doen. Het eten in het buffetrestaurant was niet altijd even warm. En bij de start van het avondbuffetrestaurant stonden vaak lange rijen.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

de berichtgeving over de verbouwingen tot juni 2026, onze kamer was de 1e dag niet klaar, kregen een ander huisje wat wel een stuk minder kwaliteit was, maar ter compensatie diner gratis, dit is misschien ook wat voor Booking.com

"I can’t think of anything I would change (and I don’t say that often). Our stay was full of little details and the service was impecable. The room is beyond confortable, and everything was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the Food at Omakase, not so much at Ike’s bistro (except breakfast, which was delicious and with great variety) Other than that absolut perfection."

I just wouldnt recommend dinner at Ike’as bistro, but the other restaurants Were delicious! Omakase is outstanding for a great Price.

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

"Centraal gelegen met mooi zwembad op korte afstand van het vulkaanmeer en nagenoeg direkt in het centrum. Het hotel had een uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet."

Relatief weinig echt goede restaurants in Panajachel te vinden

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.
