Resorts in Myanmar

"Prima locatie op een mooi en groot verzorgd terrein. Vriendelijk personeel, ook veel personeel, dus wachten hoeft nooit. Alle faciliteiten zijn op orde en de maaltijden gevarieerd en lekker"

Diner bijgeboekt. Het resort is aardig aan de prijs en dan is het wel heel slecht bedacht om voor water bij het diner flink geld te vragen. Dat hoort er gewoon bij. Dat je voor dure whiskey zou moeten betalen oké, maar voor water???

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dat altijd tijd had voor vragen of hulp. Fijne voorzieningen met padelbanen (waar we graag gebruik van gemaakt hebben). FIjne ruime kamer, met goede bedden en inrichting."

De prijzen van dienstverlening van het sportcentrum waren erg hoog. Padelles ruim 2x zo duur als aan de Costra Brava, ook de massage was 80 euro voor een uur. En die viel nog tegen ook, doordat er verschillende, tegenstrijdigen prijs- en mogelijkheid lijsten waren. Dit is niet goed opgelost, tegen de verwachtingen die geschept zijn in.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

- Eigenlijk niets. Verwacht uiteraard geen grote luxe.. maar dat weet je op voorhand. Een kleine tv had misschien leuk geweest.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Er mankeert niets aan de kamer maar oogt wat gedateerd. Terwijl de buitenkant anders doet vermoeden.

"Clean, new, modern yet very Maldivian. Good size not to big but not to small. Multiple pools"

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"iconisch hotel, zelden zo'n mooi hotel gezien, is toptoptop ! ongekend goed ontbijt - zeer lekker gegeten in één van de restaurants - fantastische cocktails ! staff extreem goed communicerend en uiterst behulpzaam prachtige kamer met mooiste voorzieningen, zéér ruim en mooi ingericht !"

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

Effectively ruined all our future holidays because nothing will ever compare 😅

Door de verafgelegen locatie moet 's-avonds in het hotel worden gegeten.
