"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"De ligging was perfect voor een weekje wintersport. Binnen 10 minuten was je in Kaprun, en met 15 minuten in Zell am See. Het appartement was keurig en voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig kon hebben (inclusief airfryer!). Bedden lagen prima, en het formaat van het appartement was groot genoeg voor 2 a 3 personen."

De douchecabine was voorzien van o.a. een regendouche, maar deze werkte helaas niet helemaal goed waardoor we de handdouche hebben moeten gebruiken. Scheen te komen door het vele kalk in het water.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"- Mooie hut in een prachtige bergomgeving; - Zeer goedkope accomodatie; - Ontbijt en avondeten te nuttigen in plaatselijk restaurant (kleine meerprijs); - 15 minuten rijden naar nationaal park Prokletije;"

- Eigenlijk niets. Verwacht uiteraard geen grote luxe.. maar dat weet je op voorhand. Een kleine tv had misschien leuk geweest.

Licht erg afgelegen, en nu in de winter is het erg rustig en natuurlijk niks te doen. De WiFi werkt alleen bij de receptie vind ik echt een nadeel, zeker als je afhankelijk bent van de WiFi, loadshedding maakte alles erg donker meestal kregen we een noodlamp mee nu niet dus het was echt pikkedonker. Met de telefoon alles moeten verlichten.

"De Spa is fantastisch. Heerlijke massage gehad. Super. Het hotel ligt in een geweldig mooi natuurgebied."

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

"We are a couple and we love this spot, the cabins are cozy and cute and the surroundings are exceptional. If you want nice lunch, theres also a really tasty lunch buffet place very close, next to the gas station on the way to this place. We will come back next year!"

Diner bijgeboekt. Het resort is aardig aan de prijs en dan is het wel heel slecht bedacht om voor water bij het diner flink geld te vragen. Dat hoort er gewoon bij. Dat je voor dure whiskey zou moeten betalen oké, maar voor water???

"De mensen zijn onvoorstelbaar vriendelijk. Niets is teveel."

"Mooie locatie in een wildpark, waar we giraffen hebben kunnen spotten. Het restaurant ligt prachtig aan een vijver met prima eten. Geweldig en behulpzaam personeel."

Wandelen van de kamer naar het restaurant in niet mogelijk in het donker; dit moet met de auto.

"Prachtig, we komen telkens graag terug, alles perfect, ontspannende vakantie"

"Prachtige botanische tuin, mooie ruime kamers en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel, maken graag een praatje bij het diner. Mooi restaurant met geweldige curry’s op de kaart en in de ochtend een top ontbijt. Mooie gym, veel parkeergelegenheid. Ruimte en rust en een lekker bad in de badkamer. Tip: ga paardrijden of moutainbiken in Mlilwane park, 15 minuutjes rijden."

Ligbedden bij zwembad voelen dun aan, snel een houten rug. Een dikker matras lijkt mij fijner.

"Rustig complex, ruim opgezet. Goed ontbijt buffet. Goede bedden."

Er mankeert niets aan de kamer maar oogt wat gedateerd. Terwijl de buitenkant anders doet vermoeden.

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

"I really liked the room, the facilities, and the entire complex. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Every team member was amazing—professional, friendly, and always helpful."

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.
