"I had the most wonderful stay! The island was so incredibly picturesque, my chalet dreamy, the food phenomenal and Annarine and Rodney were absolutely gems! I felt so very safe and well minded. The wifi in the restaurant was top notch. Will definitely be back again soon! 🩷"

"Het ontbijt voldeed aan de normen van het eiland . Ligging direct aan een mooi strand was uitstekend. De bungalo's waren een beetje aan de kleine kant , maar gezien de ligging , direct aan het strand was dat geen minpunt ."

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

Het is niet handig om ‘s avonds lopend de boel te verkennen. Het verkeer is wat chaotisch.

Parkeren was lastig, omdat het erg druk was. Verder geen klachten.

"iconisch hotel, zelden zo'n mooi hotel gezien, is toptoptop ! ongekend goed ontbijt - zeer lekker gegeten in één van de restaurants - fantastische cocktails ! staff extreem goed communicerend en uiterst behulpzaam prachtige kamer met mooiste voorzieningen, zéér ruim en mooi ingericht !"

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"Het strand is echt paradijs! De mensen die er werkten zo vriendelijk.Er is zoveel te zien van locale bevolking die de vissersboten binnen halen. Je wordt uitgenodigd om mee te helpen. Ook lokale bevolking heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was fantastisch."

Er viel niets tegen! Zelfs voldoende warm water om te douchen! Het is eenvoudig en dat wisten we.

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

i was a bit disappointed for the all inclusive plus there was not much to choose from and every day almost the same items and some of the items unfortunately they weren’t fresh

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.
