"Service was exceptional to the smallest detail. some small things make the stay unforgettable.,eg Bellman Jeff took a photo of us and returned with the photo in a frame and a a St Regis mascot as a present. On cheking out the concierge gave us a box of biscuits and a second mascot to keep company to the previous one. The bellman Jeff, mentioned above, took every care of us . The hotel although located on the casino strip is very quiet and more classy than the neighbors Londoner, Conrad, Venetian etc.. Breakfast is excellent."

"Amazing stay at st regis. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and lots of seating space. We also went to the bar for the live music highly recommended. Staff were all very kind and attentive. Very comfortable pillows. Great value for money. Nice pool and spa area could spend hours here before you leave"

"The room was cozy, neat & everything needed is within the area. Walking distance from Senado Square & buses were everywhere which can take you to some attractions. You can get walker refill in the basement floor & staffs were friendly."

"Het hotel ligt op 15 min lopen van de ferry en zit in de buurt van 2 grote casino’s. De “echte” casino’s zitten een stukje verder, maar zijn goed te bereiken met bus of taxi. Het hotel heeft geen casino en is vrij luxe ingericht. Het ontbijt had meer dan voldoende keus, ook naast de Chinees/varkensgerechten waar wij zeker in de ochtend liever ver van blijven. Het personeel was meer zakelijk dan vriendelijk, maar hielp wel daar waar nodig."

"Perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden en free shuttle services van de casinos. Mooie kamers met goede sfeer. Bedden zijn heerlijk en het sanitair is schoon en netjes. Ontbijt is goed en voldoende, ook de coördinatie van toegang bij drukte is eigelijk perfect."
"Het hotel ligt op korte afstand, minder dan 5 minuten vanaf de grensovergang en ongeveer een half uur vanaf het vliegtuig. Ik had hiervoor gekozen omdat ik vanuit Zhuhai naar Macau International Airport moest en de grensovergang (lopend) al gauw een uurtje kost. Aangezien ik in de ochtend vloog was dit voor mij een goede oplossing. Maar los daarvan het is een erg modern hotel met leuke kamers en een meer dan prima ontbijt. Tip: Als je een kamer boekt, doe er dan ook meteen het ontbijt bij!"

"De accomodatienligt wat verder weg, waardoor het rustig is (dit heeft ook als nadeel dat het casino leeg is en alleen automaten heeft staan). Maar voor de Casino’s moet je sowieso niet naar Macau gaan. Zijn ordinaire Chinese gokhallen waar je niet eens een drankje kunt doen in het casino deel (aan een bar). Verder is 90% bacarat. We mochten zwemmen in het Galaxy Hotel wat een super gaaf zwembad heeft. Lange lazy river, groot golfslagbad en een verwarmd bad. Goed om een halve tot hele dag te vertoeven."
