"Schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers en geweldig goed ontbijt"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

The furniture is a little outdated. The room service could add more variety to their menu.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

Kamers zijn oud en gedateerd. Je moet een hoop bijbetalen voor een kamer met balkon.

"Echt alles, nog nooit in een hotel geweest waar alles zo fantastisch werd verzorgd. Prachtig strand. De service en vriendelijkheid. Overal is aan gedacht, s”ochtends liggen al nieuwe handdoeken klaar op de bedjes op het strand, de parasols worden zo gezet dat je de hele dag schaduw kunt hebben, iedere keer gekoeld water bij je strandbedje. De bedjes staan uit elkaar voor privacy. Je huurauto parkeren voor de deur, fijne restaurantjes op prima rijafstand. Een gevulde koelkast met allerlei complimentary drankjes, zelfs een ijsemmer met welkomchampagne bij aankomst. De inrichting van het strandrestarant zo sfeervol. De tennisbanen, de fitness de lessen. Tot in de kleinste details geregeld, persoonlijk, fijne sfeer, grote kamers, vriendelijkheid van iedereen zelfs met de honden van buurtbewoners werd goed omgegaan."

"De kamer was altijd erg netjes. Complimenten voor de schoonmakers en de mensen die het resort onderhouden want het resort zag er altijd heel verzorgd en schoon uit. Kidsclub is erg leuk voor de kleintjes."

De service van de frontdesk/receptie vonden wij tegenvallen. Er was ook nooit iemand aanwezig die Engels sprak. Dit maakte de communicatie wat lastig. De layout van het resort is niet optimaal. De kidsclub en het kinderzwembad liggen aan de hele andere kant van het resort. Het is een beetje weggestopt. Op het resort rijden er treintjes/autotjes rond voor de kids. Hiervoor moet flink betaald worden willen zij hier gebruik van maken.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

Badkamer wat gedateerd, maar werkte wel.

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dat altijd tijd had voor vragen of hulp. Fijne voorzieningen met padelbanen (waar we graag gebruik van gemaakt hebben). FIjne ruime kamer, met goede bedden en inrichting."

De prijzen van dienstverlening van het sportcentrum waren erg hoog. Padelles ruim 2x zo duur als aan de Costra Brava, ook de massage was 80 euro voor een uur. En die viel nog tegen ook, doordat er verschillende, tegenstrijdigen prijs- en mogelijkheid lijsten waren. Dit is niet goed opgelost, tegen de verwachtingen die geschept zijn in.

De meubels in de lounge zijn heel erg aan vervanging toe!

"Bürgenstock Hotel & Apline Spa is een ongelofelijk groot en bijzonder indrukwekkend hotel met - uitgezonderd bij de regelmatig voorkomende laaghangende mist - een HEEL! bijzonder uitzicht op het meer van Lucern. Het hotel kent verschillende restaurants en een uitgebreid sauna-complex. Het uitzicht vanuit de infinity-pool van de Alpine Spa is absoluut uniek te noemen... En de massages waren echt ongelofelijk fijn! Prachtige kamers, die goed te verduisteren zijn, voorzien van alle gewenste luxe."

Voor de goede orde: we hadden een top-verblijf. De kritiek die we hieronder uitspreken is daarom relatief. Het diner met 'Window Seating' in het Aziatische restaurant Spices was goed, de wijnkaart is uitgebreid en de sommelier wist ons te verrassen met een (uiterst schaarse) Pinot Noir van Gantenbein. Toch hebben we het diner als 'een beetje massaal' ervaren, mede als gevolg van de 'vaste tijdslots' en de 'vriendelijke druk' om toch vooral voor het vaste menu te kiezen. Geen groot punt van kritiek, maar dit paste voor ons gevoel niet helemaal bij het niveau van dit bijzondere hotel. Overigens... bij de (werkelijk indrukwekkend uitzicht!) Window Seating in het kleinschaliger Parisa-restaurant hadden we die beleving totaal niet.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

Language is a barrier especially if you are an English speaker. Very clean place. Great music at the La Marine restaurant. Great restaurant staff. Great food"

Despite the well balanced breakfast, I ate the same breakfast for the entire period of my stay. This was predictable and monotonous . The breakfast was standard, meaning that I had no choice in terms of portion, variety and pricing. I expected to find cooking pots and utensils in the kitchen to allow me the option of cooking and preparing anything . I wish the hotel provided information on places to be visited within the vicinity and information regarding the most recent COP29

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"I can’t think of anything I would change (and I don’t say that often). Our stay was full of little details and the service was impecable. The room is beyond confortable, and everything was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the Food at Omakase, not so much at Ike’s bistro (except breakfast, which was delicious and with great variety) Other than that absolut perfection."

I just wouldnt recommend dinner at Ike’as bistro, but the other restaurants Were delicious! Omakase is outstanding for a great Price.

"Het resort zien er heel mooi uit, het eten en de drankjes waren van goede kwaleit. Het is een klein maar fijn resort. Het personeel heeft een hele goede attitude en hebben plezier in hun job. De grootste troef van dit resort is dat kinderen er niet toegelaten zijn zodat je tenminste een rustige vakantie kan hebben zonder gejengel en gevleid rondom je."

De kamer viel tegen, ik had er meer van verwacht aangezien we een Superior Kamen hadden gereserveerd. Het bed voor mij persoonlijk te hard. Het doorspoelen van het wc ging niet, en we zaten opgesloten in de kamer omdat de deur van de kamer niet meer open ging, gelukkig werd dit heel snel opgelost door het personeel

de berichtgeving over de verbouwingen tot juni 2026, onze kamer was de 1e dag niet klaar, kregen een ander huisje wat wel een stuk minder kwaliteit was, maar ter compensatie diner gratis, dit is misschien ook wat voor Booking.com
