Campings in Ghana

"Went there to paddle the river. The team on duty went out of their way to make me welcome. This is the off season so they made a special effort to do the river trip with me. Equipment was very modern and well kept. I was a bit out of practice so I felt in safe hands with my guides. Accomodation was great. The place has been built from scratch and with a lot of thought. Just what you need when doing river trips in Nepal."

"Vriendelijke eigenaren, Heerlijk bed. Met kachel, ideaal voor avonden , camping ligt op 1240 meter hoogte, dus de avonden kunnen koud zijn! Ontbijt en diner zijn top! Ontbijt is inbegrepen, diner is 20 euro per persoon maar je krijgt dan ook een diner with a view! Probeer ook vooral de thee, heerlijk! Als bonus krijg je twee hondjes, ze willen graag geaaid worden, verder heb je er geen last van."

The way to get there is very adventurous. I arrived in the dark and I wasn't really sure I am at the right place because of the road. Quite scary.

Единственото неудобство ако си на каравана или палатка са общите бани и тоалетни, но бяха чисти и бяха само за гости на къмпинга! Така, че отзива не е негативен! Разбира се, предлагат се и студия със соствен санитарен възел!

Ze konden alleen Japans, maar met de vertaal app werkte dat prima.

"Voor ons was Buzio als thuiskomen! In deze prachtige oase kom je tot rust en de groene vibes met het fijne zwembad maken het geheel tot een echt vakantiegevoel. De familie die de boel runt is als een warme douche en ze doen echt alles om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Echt een pareltje!"

Eigenlijk niks. Een airco op de kamer had trouwens wel gemogen en het bed is erg zacht en zakt wat door (is wellicht voorkeur). Het is niet super goedkoop, maar de service maakt alles goed en het heerlijke ontbijt is inclusief.

"Mooie locatie aan de rivier, we hadden een 2 persoons glamping plek mer privé douche. Heerlijk. De organisatie van de camping is wat amateuristisch dus soms je Nederlandse ‘pet’ ff afzetten. En dan is het genieten. Vooral met kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd- die van ons zijn inmiddels volwassen maar in die leeftijd had ik er graag een aantal dagen verbleven."

"Beautiful camping site with lots of trees that provide shade during the day, lovely little pool to keep cool and very good facilities. I especially enjoyed the outside showers, it was a nice experience."

"The decoration outside."

First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com.
