"Prima locatie op een mooi en groot verzorgd terrein. Vriendelijk personeel, ook veel personeel, dus wachten hoeft nooit. Alle faciliteiten zijn op orde en de maaltijden gevarieerd en lekker"

Diner bijgeboekt. Het resort is aardig aan de prijs en dan is het wel heel slecht bedacht om voor water bij het diner flink geld te vragen. Dat hoort er gewoon bij. Dat je voor dure whiskey zou moeten betalen oké, maar voor water???

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

"Netjes, de grootte was helemaal prima, leuk opgezet, in de zomer denk ik echt wel dat het een heel gezellig park is."

Licht erg afgelegen, en nu in de winter is het erg rustig en natuurlijk niks te doen. De WiFi werkt alleen bij de receptie vind ik echt een nadeel, zeker als je afhankelijk bent van de WiFi, loadshedding maakte alles erg donker meestal kregen we een noodlamp mee nu niet dus het was echt pikkedonker. Met de telefoon alles moeten verlichten.

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Ruime kamer met 4 lekkere bedden ( 2 meter) en ruime, lekkere douche. Je loopt zo naar het strand en naar de mall en night market waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Het naastgelegen waterpark kan je met korting bezoeken"

"De Spa is fantastisch. Heerlijke massage gehad. Super. Het hotel ligt in een geweldig mooi natuurgebied."

"Het strand is echt paradijs! De mensen die er werkten zo vriendelijk.Er is zoveel te zien van locale bevolking die de vissersboten binnen halen. Je wordt uitgenodigd om mee te helpen. Ook lokale bevolking heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was fantastisch."

Er viel niets tegen! Zelfs voldoende warm water om te douchen! Het is eenvoudig en dat wisten we.

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

Wandelen van de kamer naar het restaurant in niet mogelijk in het donker; dit moet met de auto.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

Het is niet handig om ‘s avonds lopend de boel te verkennen. Het verkeer is wat chaotisch.
