Villa's in Guatemala

"Alles zag er netjes en verzorgd uit, het zwembad was heerlijk, de mogelijkheid om te kunnen barbecuen was top, het was er schoon en alles was er wat je nodig had. Wij zaten in Villa Artemis en Villa Hera, we waren met een groep van 10 en doordat ze naast elkaar stonden, konden we makkelijk bijelkaar zitten!"

Alles was prima!

Ontbijt iets gevarieerder.

Bediening televisie om Engelstalig tv te kunnen zien was erg ingewikkeld.

"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

La instalación requiere de algunos pequeños arreglos y un poco más de limpieza.

Als aanbeveling hebben wij een paar ligbedden voor het boventerras, verder geen aanbeveling en was alles uitstekend.

"Heerlijk huisje met alle voorzieningen zelfs een gas bbq airco op elke kamer en fijne douches en bedden. Bedbank had iets comfortabeler gemogen."

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ons appartementje was zeer proper, prima uitgerust en had een prachtig zicht over de oceaan. We genoten van het zalige zwembad en het lekkere ontbijt."

Voor 2 ijsjes in de namiddag betaalden we zeer veel in verhouding tot lunch/diner.

Too much regulation wrt cleaning instructions and handling of waste

"I was greeted by Vanessa the host and she gave me a tour of the room."

Everything was perfect!

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"The house was spacious (can park approximately 6 cars), clean and equipped with all necessities. All furniture were new. Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

Not having a pool

"キッチン用具が全て揃っていて大変助かりました。 ベッドも綺麗でした。ソファが快適で過ごしやすかったです。"

3泊したのですがタオルが2泊分しか無かったのでちょっと残念でした。
