A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

"Het verblijf was uitstekend. Enkel het avondmaal vond ik iets minder voor de prijs. Het personeel was echter enorm vriendelijk. Twee medewerkers die ons bijzonder zijn bijgebleven vanwege hun vriendelijkheid en sociale houding zijn Souhaib en Badr."

Het allinclusive gedeelte het eten viel ons tegen.

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dat altijd tijd had voor vragen of hulp. Fijne voorzieningen met padelbanen (waar we graag gebruik van gemaakt hebben). FIjne ruime kamer, met goede bedden en inrichting."

De prijzen van dienstverlening van het sportcentrum waren erg hoog. Padelles ruim 2x zo duur als aan de Costra Brava, ook de massage was 80 euro voor een uur. En die viel nog tegen ook, doordat er verschillende, tegenstrijdigen prijs- en mogelijkheid lijsten waren. Dit is niet goed opgelost, tegen de verwachtingen die geschept zijn in.

The room is beyond confortable, and everything was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the Food at Omakase, not so much at Ike’s bistro (except breakfast, which was delicious and with great variety) Other than that absolut perfection."

I just wouldnt recommend dinner at Ike’as bistro, but the other restaurants Were delicious! Omakase is outstanding for a great Price.

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"De ligging, het zicht, het zwembad, de tuin en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel."

Eén ochtend was er geen ontbijtbuffet omdat er weinig gasten waren. We konden kiezen uit een beperkt ontbijtmenu. Hier stonden echter weinig zaken op die we als ontbijt lusten, vooral warme schotels. Het hotel is degelijk, maar gedateerd. Eerder geschikt voor binnenlands toerisme.

"Facilities and Location were good. Concierge team always helping with luggage and always opening the door for me. Housekeeping very friendly, always smiling and saying Hi. Late check- out was nice."

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"Het resort zien er heel mooi uit, het eten en de drankjes waren van goede kwaleit. Het is een klein maar fijn resort. Het personeel heeft een hele goede attitude en hebben plezier in hun job. De grootste troef van dit resort is dat kinderen er niet toegelaten zijn zodat je tenminste een rustige vakantie kan hebben zonder gejengel en gevleid rondom je."

De kamer viel tegen, ik had er meer van verwacht aangezien we een Superior Kamen hadden gereserveerd. Het bed voor mij persoonlijk te hard. Het doorspoelen van het wc ging niet, en we zaten opgesloten in de kamer omdat de deur van de kamer niet meer open ging, gelukkig werd dit heel snel opgelost door het personeel

"Heerlijk Resort, groot verwarmd zwembad. Ook met gratis ligbedden op het mooie strandje aan de andere kant van de weg (bereikbaar via tunnel of oversteekplaats). Gratis ruime bewaakte parkeergelegenheid. Lounge met snacks en heerlijk gebak etc. Op loopafstand van de Nightmarket in Kenting (5 minuten lopen naar het begin). Veel faciliteiten, oa SPA en talloze dingen om te doen voor kinderen of volwassenen."

"Heel Gastvrij, men nam de tijd om ons welkom te heten en naar de tafel te brengen. Er was een heel groot gevarieerd aanbod aan ontbijt inclusief meerdere glutenvrije opties. Bij de ontbijtbar was het mogelijk om specifieke wensen te vermelden en eieren zoals eggs benedict. Ook de handdoekservice bij het zwembad en privestrand was geweldig."

De prijzen van de restaurants zijn wat aan de hoge kant. De cocktails mochten wat gevarieerder zijn in aabod. Parkeertarief voor de auto valt tegen en zou inclusief mogen zijn.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."
