Guests not respecting the quiet hours

"Het was ef heel gezellig, mooi ingericht .zeker nu extra versierd met de kerstperiode, dat was heel leuk binnenkomen in de chalet. Ik zou zeggen Veronique. ....doe zo verder !!!"

"It’s super secluded! Very quiet. Had facilities from the 90s for kids and family to roam, cycle or just simply walk by the river. The family running the place are very welcoming. Great for fam with young kids"

The property is generally old, not that it’s not well kept but I think it’s kept as best as they can.

"Le chalet Asmoun est très agréable et très bien situé si vous souhaitez découvrir la région (Fès, Ifrane, Azrou, Sefrou, ...) La ville d'Imouzzer Kanddar est très agréable avec un grand parc et un très bon marché. Le logement est confortable avec grande cuisine, grand salon, deux salles de bain et de belles chambres. Un garage est également disponible pour garer la voiture très pratique. Vous avez le wifi et une machine à laver(séchage compris) qui est pour ma part un vrai plus en voyage. Khalid le gardien est également à votre écoute si vous avez besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet endroit calme et reposant face à la forêt. Je recommande"

"Lovely house in the woods. It felt like our home! I wish it was our home, in fact. Such a happy, warm place with real soul! And so much better than staying in Jahorina. It’s beautiful, peaceful, yet very close to the resort. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils! And there was even pretty decent water pressure in the shower. We were also very warmly welcomed by the owners sister, who is also lovely."

"Gezellig klein huisje, met alle basic dingen die je nodig hebt. Verse lakens en handdoeken liggen voor je klaar in een bak."

Het terras was wel wat verstevigingswerk aan, maar dat de stoorde ons niet.

"The wood house is nice and it also has a private garden with a table. All the location is independent from the main house and it is in the center of the village."

It is not easy to communicate with the owners, English is a bit of a problem... The kitchen space is quite limitated.

"Prachtige omgeving, en een goede uitvalsbasis om de omliggende natuur te ontdekken. Prettige eigenaar en een hele lieve hond! Voor een regenachtige avond is er een tv met oa netflix"

De lakens zijn nogal ruw, en verduisterende gordijnen zouden een fijne toevoeging zijn in de zomermaanden.

"This accommodation is absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and very clean. Even though there is no air conditioning, it stays surprisingly cool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are also dogs, cats, and chickens on the property, which we really enjoyed. They are super sweet. The property manager, Jésus, is such a kind person. He is always available and happy to help if you need anything. I would definitely recommend this place."

The only downside is that it can get quite noisy. Every morning around six, the school bus drives through the main street honking loudly. There are also a lot of trucks passing by, which can be pretty noisy. On top of that, the rooster loves standing right next to the bedroom window to wake you up. Since there is a school next door, you will also hear music and kids early in the morning.

"日本家屋をリノベーションされていて中も清潔で見た目も凄く良かったし、BBQや花火ができたり家の中にトランポリンがあったりで子供も大人もとても楽しく過ごせました！"

"Fijne locatie, veilige omgeving dicht bij een mooi park en winkelcentrum en goed appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast zeer behulpzaam met bijv wassen en iets later uitchecken. Een aanrader"

"The Perfect escape from the world’s madness, a rewarding experience back to the simple life. Rory and I came across this listing one evening while planning a birthday trip to Spain, it turned out to be the most incredible celebration delivering way above what we’d expected. From the rolling Andalusian hills to the perfectly equipped family home that greeted us, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Some of the highlights were the last 10 minutes off road in the SUV we’d picked up at the airport to reach the farmhouse, the humongous fireplace we cooked on must nights, the short walk up to the swimming pool area which felt like being in a completely different property, the silence and light. Ángeles is a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we might need including a bottle of her brother’s delightful home made wine. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, you just must book it!"
