Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

Het is niet handig om ‘s avonds lopend de boel te verkennen. Het verkeer is wat chaotisch.

"Het ontbijt voldeed aan de normen van het eiland . Ligging direct aan een mooi strand was uitstekend. De bungalo's waren een beetje aan de kleine kant , maar gezien de ligging , direct aan het strand was dat geen minpunt ."

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

Het eten was heel duur maar niet echt de moeite.

Het is een sportcomplex. Dus niet heel gezellig. Maar dat wisten we bij het boeken.

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dat altijd tijd had voor vragen of hulp. Fijne voorzieningen met padelbanen (waar we graag gebruik van gemaakt hebben). FIjne ruime kamer, met goede bedden en inrichting."

De prijzen van dienstverlening van het sportcentrum waren erg hoog. Padelles ruim 2x zo duur als aan de Costra Brava, ook de massage was 80 euro voor een uur. En die viel nog tegen ook, doordat er verschillende, tegenstrijdigen prijs- en mogelijkheid lijsten waren. Dit is niet goed opgelost, tegen de verwachtingen die geschept zijn in.

Het is een sportcomplex. Dus niet heel gezellig. Maar dat wisten we bij het boeken.

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

- Eigenlijk niets. Verwacht uiteraard geen grote luxe.. maar dat weet je op voorhand. Een kleine tv had misschien leuk geweest.
