"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

Nothing to not like.

"De ligging was perfect voor een weekje wintersport. Binnen 10 minuten was je in Kaprun, en met 15 minuten in Zell am See. Het appartement was keurig en voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig kon hebben (inclusief airfryer!). Bedden lagen prima, en het formaat van het appartement was groot genoeg voor 2 a 3 personen."

De douchecabine was voorzien van o.a. een regendouche, maar deze werkte helaas niet helemaal goed waardoor we de handdouche hebben moeten gebruiken. Scheen te komen door het vele kalk in het water.

"Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en deed erg zijn best om het mij naar mijn zin te maken."

Het is niet handig om ‘s avonds lopend de boel te verkennen. Het verkeer is wat chaotisch.

"Het zicht op de zee en de rust . Basic kamer, maar deze voldeed volkomen aan onze behoefte. Zeer reactieve eigenaar. Alle faciliteiten (zwembad, restaurants, winkeltje....) in de onmiddelijke omgeving. Onmiddelijke toegang naar het strand."

"Het personeel , de omgeving , de faciliteiten. Letterlijk het beste hotel waar we al geweest zijn , niets op aan te merken . Het was onze 2e keer en we komen zeker terug ."

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

"Ruime kamer met 4 lekkere bedden ( 2 meter) en ruime, lekkere douche. Je loopt zo naar het strand en naar de mall en night market waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Het naastgelegen waterpark kan je met korting bezoeken"

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu
