Resorts in Dominica

"Nette kamer met heerlijk bed en ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en je kunt er ook goed avondeten. Ideaal ook voor avonturiers op de motor er is veel ruimte om te parkeren."

Er was geen warm water beschikbaar. Het resort is nieuw of recent vernieuwd en ze hebben dat nog niet helemaal goed geregeld. Het tweede bed zou opgemaakt worden, maar dat werd pas na 3x vragen gedaan.

"Netjes, de grootte was helemaal prima, leuk opgezet, in de zomer denk ik echt wel dat het een heel gezellig park is."

Licht erg afgelegen, en nu in de winter is het erg rustig en natuurlijk niks te doen. De WiFi werkt alleen bij de receptie vind ik echt een nadeel, zeker als je afhankelijk bent van de WiFi, loadshedding maakte alles erg donker meestal kregen we een noodlamp mee nu niet dus het was echt pikkedonker. Met de telefoon alles moeten verlichten.

"De eerste 10 die ik ooit heb gegeven maar dit verblijf is het meer als waard! De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn ongelooflijk warm en doen er alles aan om je verblijf aangenaam te maken! Zij denken aan alle details en helpen je met plezier, wij voelden ons vanaf minuut 1 welkom. Het eten was heerlijk en de cocktails waren super lekker. De kamer was prachtig en had een prachtige buitendouche. Het verblijf is nog mooier als op foto en ik raad het iedereen aan voor een verblijf in Rio Dulce/Livingston. Maja en Dino wij danken jullie heel hard voor dit prachtige verblijf!"

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

"Location is really great - In the middle of the desert just on the beach. Small boutique hotel with very friendly personel and very good food"

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

Diner bijgeboekt. Het resort is aardig aan de prijs en dan is het wel heel slecht bedacht om voor water bij het diner flink geld te vragen. Dat hoort er gewoon bij. Dat je voor dure whiskey zou moeten betalen oké, maar voor water???
