"Goede locatie en op het eerste oog mooie kamers. De locatie is ers rustig en heeft een mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk uitrusten na het wandelen op Madeira. De service van Juan is echt top! Denkt met je mee en heeft altijd een oplossing Ontbijt buffet waar mensen over zeuren, snappen we niet. Divers genoeg en heeft een goede koffie machine!"

Echter de douche lekt en heeft onderhoud nodig. Het zwembad wordt niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, waardoor er dode insecten en planten drijven en er zijn een aantal kapotte ligstoelen. Problemen die makkelijk opgelost zouden kunnen worden, zou je zeggen

"Een auberge met heel gezellige tuin met verschillende huisjes rond het zwembad. Gezellige centraal gelegen restaurant-bar. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We hadden hier een heel leuke tijd."

De toegang tot het strand was iets complexer dan verwacht. Er was wel een kano beschikbaar om de lagune over te steken.

"Heerlijke kamer met een goed bed. Het terras bij de kamer was een feestje met een heerlijk schommelbed en een sofa. Het zwembad is een plaatje en lag direct naast onze kamer. De pauwen maakten de locatie echt af."

Het ontbijt had beter gekund, en de kamer was behoorlijk gehorig. De receptie oogt in eerste instantie wat ongezellig door het tl-licht

"Комплекс складається з 2 окремих приміщень: готель та ресторан. В ресторані все чудово. Смачно і добрий сервіс. В готелі сподобалася тепла підлога."

"Large, clean and modern room with a hairdryer and enough plugs. Parking available. Nice breakfast with home-made yogurt and jams. Internet was satisfactory. The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

"Mooie relaxe plek, rustgevend, super vriendelijk personeel, sfeervolle locatie, veel planten, oog voor details, vlak bij het strand, waar parasols en ligbedjes tot je beschikking staan, gratis parkeerplaats, gezellig en goed restaurant, ruime kamer, terras met zitje, hangmatten en een BBQ, Indien gewenst is er een gezamelijke buiten huiskamer/ keuken waar je gebruik van kan maken"

"De kamer was ruim en er zat een balkon bij. We konden voor in de tuin ook nog fijn zitten. Je kon in een half uurtje naar het meer lopen waar mooie vogels te zien waren."

Het ontbijt was wat karig. Er was alleen oploskoffie en we moesten vragen om heet water maar dat kregen we dan wel direkt.

"Nicely furnished in Japanese style, the interior was cozy, nice and clean."

Location on a busier street, but it was still okay.

"Staying at this family-run hotel in Wadi Rum was a truly special experience. The owners' hospitality makes us feel instantly welcome. Our room was surprisingly spacious, a real treat considering the stunning desert landscape surrounding us. Waking up to that breathtaking sunrise view was an absolute highlight! Plus, the host organized a fantastic program that really allowed us to immerse ourselves in the magic of Wadi Rum. And let's not forget the dinner! The Beduin-style meal was absolutely delicious, a real taste of local flavors that perfectly complemented our desert adventure. The owner truly went above and beyond by organizing a fantastic program for us in the desert. It was a real highlight of our stay and a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of Wadi Rum."

While our stay had many highlights, it's worth noting that the hotel appears to still be under development. We observed some buildings that seemed to be in the early stages of construction and looked unfinished. Additionally, we encountered some water on the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

Niets viel echt tegen. Badkamer lag buitenbaden kamer, maar dat past wel bij zo’n oud huis.

"Hat eine super Poolanlage mit Schattenplätzen zum sitzen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen schmeckt gut. Die Zimmer sind gross, haben eine Klimaanlage und einen Deckenventilator. Das Gran Calao ist sehr kinderfreundlich."
