Chalets in Antigua en Barbuda

"Our third visit to the chalet....as ever, the chalet was beautifully presented, comfortable and warm, with everything you need. The view is to die for and Noirin and her husband were a great help, as always, and looked after us in every way....a tue gem of a property...."

"Alles was aanwezig, zelfs de luxe van badjassen en badlakens voor aan het zwembad. Het zwembad was verwarmd waardoor het uitnodigde om te zwemmen ookal was het minder warm. Het bed lag heerlijk. Mogelijkheid met qr code om een massage te boeken."

Weinig opbergruimte in de badkamer voor je toiletspullen. Persoonlijk zou ik mi der handdoek wissel nodig hebben. Iemand de keuze hierin geven ondersteund het millieu. De ligbedjes aan het zwembed hebben weinig ligcomfort..

"De omgeving en de host was top. Je moet er wel van houden om even offline te zijn en te genieten van de omgeving en de rust."

Heel veel was er fijn en goed. We miste alleen een waterkoker.

From the rolling Andalusian hills to the perfectly equipped family home that greeted us, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Some of the highlights were the last 10 minutes off road in the SUV we’d picked up at the airport to reach the farmhouse, the humongous fireplace we cooked on must nights, the short walk up to the swimming pool area which felt like being in a completely different property, the silence and light. Ángeles is a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we might need including a bottle of her brother’s delightful home made wine. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, you just must book it!"

"The wood house is nice and it also has a private garden with a table. All the location is independent from the main house and it is in the center of the village."

It is not easy to communicate with the owners, English is a bit of a problem... The kitchen space is quite limitated.

"Fantastic views of the Matterhorn, plus the town of Zermatt, especially from the bedroom upstairs which means the view is wonderful to look at when you wake up in the morning! Very comfort and cosy refurbished old cabin which has real authenticity. The owners are very friendly and always helpful."

The three flights of stairs to go to the toilet during the night and carting up all our ski gear from the road below.

Het terras was wel wat verstevigingswerk aan, maar dat de stoorde ons niet.

Guests not respecting the quiet hours

"Le cadre... on ne s'attend pas du tout à être dans un havre de paix... vue l'adresse ou se situe l'hébergement. Une belle surprise !!!"

Le petit chemin qui mène jusqu'à l'hébergement est un peu difficile à emprunter. Surtout avec les bagages.
