"De eerste 10 die ik ooit heb gegeven maar dit verblijf is het meer als waard! De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn ongelooflijk warm en doen er alles aan om je verblijf aangenaam te maken! Zij denken aan alle details en helpen je met plezier, wij voelden ons vanaf minuut 1 welkom. Het eten was heerlijk en de cocktails waren super lekker. De kamer was prachtig en had een prachtige buitendouche. Het verblijf is nog mooier als op foto en ik raad het iedereen aan voor een verblijf in Rio Dulce/Livingston. Maja en Dino wij danken jullie heel hard voor dit prachtige verblijf!"

"We zijn hier al eens eerder geweest. Toen was het vies en oud. Het was super fijn. Om te ontdekken dat de huisjes gerenoveerd zijn en dat het schoon was."

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

- Eigenlijk niets. Verwacht uiteraard geen grote luxe.. maar dat weet je op voorhand. Een kleine tv had misschien leuk geweest.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Het eten was heel duur maar niet echt de moeite.

"Het strand is echt paradijs! De mensen die er werkten zo vriendelijk.Er is zoveel te zien van locale bevolking die de vissersboten binnen halen. Je wordt uitgenodigd om mee te helpen. Ook lokale bevolking heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was fantastisch."

Er viel niets tegen! Zelfs voldoende warm water om te douchen! Het is eenvoudig en dat wisten we.

"Stayed 5 nights in this absolute dream! 🤩 very well maintained, very high quality of rooms with attention to detail (freshly renovated beach bungalows), warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to attentive staff who ensures a personal approach to their guests. The whole experience (from day trips to Tuherahera and snorkelling with manta rays) was all just over the top!"

"Prachtige botanische tuin, mooie ruime kamers en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel, maken graag een praatje bij het diner. Mooi restaurant met geweldige curry’s op de kaart en in de ochtend een top ontbijt. Mooie gym, veel parkeergelegenheid. Ruimte en rust en een lekker bad in de badkamer. Tip: ga paardrijden of moutainbiken in Mlilwane park, 15 minuutjes rijden."

Ligbedden bij zwembad voelen dun aan, snel een houten rug. Een dikker matras lijkt mij fijner.

The location is a little way out of town, but it's handy for the lake

"Mooie locatie in een wildpark, waar we giraffen hebben kunnen spotten. Het restaurant ligt prachtig aan een vijver met prima eten. Geweldig en behulpzaam personeel."

Wandelen van de kamer naar het restaurant in niet mogelijk in het donker; dit moet met de auto.

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"Room was clean. Exellent envirment with maintoun and water view. I chose the location since it is close Tramway and Flume Gorge."

The shower I used was really small.

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."
