Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

- Eigenlijk niets. Verwacht uiteraard geen grote luxe.. maar dat weet je op voorhand. Een kleine tv had misschien leuk geweest.

"De accommodatie beviel mij erg goed, vooral het zwembad met de waterval vond ik heerlijk. De badkamer was prachtig en de kamer ruim, waardoor ik me erg op mijn gemak voelde. Daarnaast is de locatie rustig en omringd door veel natuur, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte."

Helaas kregen we niet de juiste afstandsbediening voor de airco in de kamer, wat we pas later merkten. Daardoor dachten we dat de afstandsbediening defect wa. Daarnaast zou het prettig zijn als er een iets dikker laken beschikbaar is, of eventueel een extra laken. Op die manier kunnen gasten zich comfortabeler bedekken.

"Ruime kamer met 4 lekkere bedden ( 2 meter) en ruime, lekkere douche. Je loopt zo naar het strand en naar de mall en night market waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Het naastgelegen waterpark kan je met korting bezoeken"

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dat altijd tijd had voor vragen of hulp. Fijne voorzieningen met padelbanen (waar we graag gebruik van gemaakt hebben). FIjne ruime kamer, met goede bedden en inrichting."

De prijzen van dienstverlening van het sportcentrum waren erg hoog. Padelles ruim 2x zo duur als aan de Costra Brava, ook de massage was 80 euro voor een uur. En die viel nog tegen ook, doordat er verschillende, tegenstrijdigen prijs- en mogelijkheid lijsten waren. Dit is niet goed opgelost, tegen de verwachtingen die geschept zijn in.

"De ligging van het hotel met uitzicht op de stad is zeer mooi. Het eten is er erg lekker. Ruime en propere kamers, leuk welkomstgeschenk bij aankomst."

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

Nothing to not like.

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"iconisch hotel, zelden zo'n mooi hotel gezien, is toptoptop ! ongekend goed ontbijt - zeer lekker gegeten in één van de restaurants - fantastische cocktails ! staff extreem goed communicerend en uiterst behulpzaam prachtige kamer met mooiste voorzieningen, zéér ruim en mooi ingericht !"

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

"We are thankful for the wonderful Christmas week spent in villa Castoria. Marina Liptov. First of all, the accommodation itself: a nice family sofa, cosy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a marvelous view to the mountains and winter river ❤️ The service is perfect!"

"the food, very clean, nice view of ghadira and friendly staff"

i was a bit disappointed for the all inclusive plus there was not much to choose from and every day almost the same items and some of the items unfortunately they weren’t fresh

"Nette kamer met heerlijk bed en ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en je kunt er ook goed avondeten. Ideaal ook voor avonturiers op de motor er is veel ruimte om te parkeren."

Er was geen warm water beschikbaar. Het resort is nieuw of recent vernieuwd en ze hebben dat nog niet helemaal goed geregeld. Het tweede bed zou opgemaakt worden, maar dat werd pas na 3x vragen gedaan.

"Fantastische locatie, fantastisch ontbijt, de meest comfortabele bedden, super luxe wellnesruimte,.... Het hele hotel ademt sfeer. De gehele authentieke stijl komt overal terug. Het was schoon en comfortabel."
