Herbergen in Peru

"Superfijn ontvangst, lekker bed en douche in een heel gezellig dorp. Ontbijt was goed. Ze doen erg hun best het je naar de zin te maken."

Oppervlakte is wel wat klein, zomder een stoel.of tafeltje om je spullen op te leggen.

There were regular power cuts in the city during our stay (not the hotels fault). The roads outside can be quite noisy at times

beetje rommelig qua organisatie, jonge mensen die hun uiterste best doen maar nog wat meer ervaring moeten krijgen

"We had a fantastic stay at Trinity Family Inn! The family took extremely good care of us and they are such good people. The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there!"

"De locatie was perfect. Alles was netjes en schoon, en er stonden zelfs koffie, thee en koekjes klaar. Het voelde echt als thuis en heel welkom. Daarnaast hadden wij alle privacy. De zelf check-in gaf extra flexibiliteit, ideaal wanneer je onderweg bent en nog niet precies weet hoe je reis zal verlopen."

De airconditioning konden we niet aanzetten en het was die nacht erg heet. Daardoor moesten we met de ramen open slapen, wat veel lawaai van de drukke straat naar binnen bracht. Als je daar gevoelig voor bent, neem dan zeker oordopjes mee :)

Vrij prijzige kamer Menu diner matige keuze, wel prijzig, tip al verrekend in factuur ( geen keuze hoeveel je wilt geven) Ontbijt niet geweldig in verhouding prijs Groet groepen in eetzaal

"Mijn dochter en ik voelden ons er meteen goed en ook thuis. Aardige mensen. We hadden een zeer ruime kamer met openslaande deuren naar het balkon. Vanuit je bed de zon op zien komen elke dag is onbetaalbaar. En ‘s ochtends was er ook altijd weer het kraaien van de haan. En het geluid van miljarden vogels. En een heerlijk ontbijt."

Als je het heel erg vindt om wat verouderd sanitair te hebben, zou je dat tegen kunnen vallen. Maar het voldeed prima.

De add ons. Maar er is ook een huisje met alles erbij, dus ik mag niet zeuren, was heel fijn verblijf in totaal

It's a bit far from the beach and from the parties at night (but at least you can explore the whole village)

"Geweldige locatie voorzien van alle gemakken! Dichtbij metrostations. Airport-shuttle beschikbaar voor de accommodatie. Kamers zijn schoon. Bedden zijn comfortabel. Drinkwater-machine, magnetron en koelkast met vriezer beschikbaar. De eigenaren waren supervriendelijk en behulpzaam :)"

Check-in proces was erg onduidelijk; we stonden beneden aan de lift en wisten voor een lange tijd niet wat we moesten doen. Betere instructies zouden top zijn!

De faciliteiten waren telkens bij te betalen: tennis, binnenzwembad, buitenzwembad. 1x bleek het dan duurder dan eerst gezegd: aan de receptie vertelden ze me dat het buitenbad 5 euro per persoon was, maar ik betaalde 7 euro per persoon. Is nogal duur voor wat het is. Het binnenzwembad is best groot, maar enkel open tussen 18u en 20u.

"The staff especially the young girl at the counter were very helpful. She helped us a lot in planning our itinerary, which metros to take, and good places to eat . The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"Prachtige locatie. Alles goed geregeld. Alles was leuk verzorgd. Overal mooie hangplanten echt gezellig."

"Het waren hele erge ruime kamers, lekker bed en goeie airco. De eigenaar en zijn zoon waren heel erg behulpzaam voor ons. Ze helpen je bij alles en staan continue voor je klaar. Echt een aanrader!"

Het duurde best lang voordat het water warm was en het werd ook niet echt warm. We waren in het seizoen dat het savonds en sochtends erg fris kan zijn.

"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.

"The stay at Casa Isleña exceeded our expectations. It is located on a beautiful beach, the decor is tasteful, it offered by far the best food and drinks on the island and the staff is friendly, courteous and skilled. There were even truly great live music acts. In case we travel to Puerto Rico again, this place is a must-visit. We wish we could have spent more time there.."
