"Great location, nice beach, very good food, versatile facilities, very good for families."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"Het zicht op de zee en de rust . Basic kamer, maar deze voldeed volkomen aan onze behoefte. Zeer reactieve eigenaar. Alle faciliteiten (zwembad, restaurants, winkeltje....) in de onmiddelijke omgeving. Onmiddelijke toegang naar het strand."

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

The shower I used was really small.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

"iconisch hotel, zelden zo'n mooi hotel gezien, is toptoptop ! ongekend goed ontbijt - zeer lekker gegeten in één van de restaurants - fantastische cocktails ! staff extreem goed communicerend en uiterst behulpzaam prachtige kamer met mooiste voorzieningen, zéér ruim en mooi ingericht !"

Heel weinig ! Haman en sauna lichtjes verouderd, maar dat is een detail!

"De locatie is uniek: midden in de natuur, waar luiaards letterlijk op een paar meter van onze bungalow zaten. Het resort zelf is ontzettend luxe – het meest luxe dat we in Nicaragua zijn tegengekomen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en denkt actief met je mee. Echt een aanrader! Wij hebben ons verblijf zelfs verlengd omdat het zo fijn was."

De weg naar het resort is vrij hobbelig. Een stevige of hoge auto is daarom wel aan te raden.

Diner bijgeboekt. Het resort is aardig aan de prijs en dan is het wel heel slecht bedacht om voor water bij het diner flink geld te vragen. Dat hoort er gewoon bij. Dat je voor dure whiskey zou moeten betalen oké, maar voor water???

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"De eerste 10 die ik ooit heb gegeven maar dit verblijf is het meer als waard! De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn ongelooflijk warm en doen er alles aan om je verblijf aangenaam te maken! Zij denken aan alle details en helpen je met plezier, wij voelden ons vanaf minuut 1 welkom. Het eten was heerlijk en de cocktails waren super lekker. De kamer was prachtig en had een prachtige buitendouche. Het verblijf is nog mooier als op foto en ik raad het iedereen aan voor een verblijf in Rio Dulce/Livingston. Maja en Dino wij danken jullie heel hard voor dit prachtige verblijf!"

"De accommodatie beviel mij erg goed, vooral het zwembad met de waterval vond ik heerlijk. De badkamer was prachtig en de kamer ruim, waardoor ik me erg op mijn gemak voelde. Daarnaast is de locatie rustig en omringd door veel natuur, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte."

Helaas kregen we niet de juiste afstandsbediening voor de airco in de kamer, wat we pas later merkten. Daardoor dachten we dat de afstandsbediening defect wa. Daarnaast zou het prettig zijn als er een iets dikker laken beschikbaar is, of eventueel een extra laken. Op die manier kunnen gasten zich comfortabeler bedekken.
