Hotels op de Faeröer

"Goede ligging, district 1, of Saigon Ward. Vriendelijke mensen, behulpzaam."

Het hotel is langzaam wat gedateerd, wat meer kapot, kit, moeilijker schoon te houden. Rest is oké, eten enzo. Prima, maar kamer en sanitair is versleten.

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

"We zijn tevreden over de service, de benadering van het personeel en prijs kwaliteit was in orde. Taxi van luchthaven tot hotel was ook geregeld. Wij hadden vertraging en konden niemand bereiken op dat ogenblik, maar chauffeur was blijven wachten tot we er waren. in vergelijking met onze reis daar 9 jaar geleden was het wel vernieuwd en meer en beter ontbijt."

foto´s van de binnenkant kamers is niet helemaal representatief, maar op zich was alles wel in orde.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"Schone kamer en het personeel was heel vriendelijk vooral bij het diner. Heerlijk gegeten daar!"

Ontbijt! Iedere dag scrambled eggs. Een gewoon eitje was er niet. Af en toe kwamen ze langs met een schaaltje fruit. Heel veel ananas en weinig meloen. Zet dit gewoon bij het buffet neer. Ik miste ook tomaat en komkommer.

"Wij checkte pas snachts in en dat was geen enkel probleem. Ook midden in de nacht kon er nog een extra bed geplaatst worden in de kamer en konden we zelfs nog eten bestellen."

Het bed was in eerste instantie naar de harde kant voor ons, dit gemeld en ze zijn onmiddellijk met een topper en de nodige lakens gekomen om dit voor ons in orde te maken. Super Ook het de winkel die in het Hotel is kunnen wij als meerwaarde beschouwen. Er is ook een Toestel buiten de winkel waarbij je een buskaart kan aankopen voor verplaatsingen op het eiland. Het busstation is op 500m van het Hotel, er is ook een stop voor het Hotel, alsook de ferry naar Gozo en de kleinere boten naar Comino en de Blue Lagoon zijn bij het busstation."

De terrasstoelen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Het zou fijn zijn mochten alle deuren voorzien worden van geluidsdemping, de deuren van de nabijgelegen kamers en de gang deuren maken nogal lawaai bij het dichtgaan.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Alles beviel mij aan deze locatie! Het was idyllisch, prachtiger kan niet meer🌸 Mauruuru!

"Uitstekend hotel in een rustige omgeving. Fijne ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg. Prachtige kamer met ruime badkamer, heerlijke douche en een comfortabele bank. Prima bedden en heerlijk ontbijt. Dichtbij het station en het centrum. Een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Salzburg."

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, enkel het gemeenschappelijke toilet.

Bij ontbijt is slechts normale koffie inbegrepen. een espresso wordt apart afgerekend. voor dit hotel met deze prijzen een beetje overdreven om dat ook nog te berekenen.

"Zeer mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht. De kamer was schoon en het eten was lekker. Bovendien waren de uitv=baters erg vriendelijk. Vanuit hier hebben we een mooie wandeling langs het kasteel gemaakt."

De kussen waren groot en slap.

"Voor wat we verwacht hadden was het helemaal goed. Iets duur maar het ligt middenin Male en daarom erg leuk!"

Eten en drinken was wat duur ten opzichte van lokale prijzen naast de deur.

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

De prijs was in realiteit nog iets hoger dan via booking.com werd aangegeven.

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

The room is quite old and small.

"We have enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, bar, pool, outdoor facilities. During our stay, we appreciated the quality of services and reception by the staff."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

Het is een tikkeltje gedateerd, maar wel erg schoon met vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is erg basic en ga niet te laat want dan is niet alles meer beschikbaar.

Vloerbedekking op de kamer vind ik niet echt lekker en hygiënisch

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"Fantastische locatie in het midden van de baai. Behulpzaam en supervriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk, enorm uitgebreid ontbijt met voor ieder wat wils. Wij hebben zelfs een gratis upgrade gekregen naar een grote kamer met terras, heel luxe!"

Onze kamer zat vol met muggen die maar bleven komen, ondanks dichte deuren en ramen. De temperatuur van de douche was niet goed te regelen en wisselde steeds, de waterdruk was wat aan de lage kant.

"De ligging van het hotel, de schone kamer op een prachtige locatie en de vriendelijke receptioniste."

De medewerkers (2 mannen) die in de ontbijtruimte werken. Ze zijn niet klantgericht en komen gefrustreerd over.

"Excellent location just above a lovely secluded beach. Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Quirky small reception area with helpful staff. Some rooms w balconies with seaview. Excellent small restaurants close by. Polite unobtrusive cats."
