"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"The breakfast buffet was good quality if a little expensive, make sure you book day before to get a discount."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"De locatie is fantastisch! Een ruim huis, heerlijk open met een grote tuin! Het water is echt geweldig, de schelpen, de vissen en het strandje. Erg van genoten!"

Het huis zou wel een likje verf kunnen gebruiken en iets meer aandacht voor de hygiëne in de badkamer.

"De vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van het personeel was unaniem goed. Fijne locatie qua buurt voor Marakech. Hier kan je ongestoord rondwandelen in een buurt waar het netjes is en op 20 min kom je dan in een totaal andere wereld terecht. Fijn liggen aan de zwembaden, die door de vele afscheidingen een zeer rustig gevoel geeft. Zeer verzorgd hotel, superlekker eten in de restaurantjes, fenomenaal ontbijt. Een hotel die we meteen opnieuw zouden boeken. Wel viel ons op dat er veel te veel personeel rondloopt naargelang het werk dat er uitgevoerd wordt."

"Everything was good, enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful! The airport transfer service was a real life saver!"

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

Het hotel is langzaam wat gedateerd, wat meer kapot, kit, moeilijker schoon te houden. Rest is oké, eten enzo. Prima, maar kamer en sanitair is versleten.

"Goed hotel, een aanrader. Enkel de kamer was zeer warn, 26 graden. Heb dit gemeld aan de conciërge die onmiddellijk actie ondernam. Als we terug naar Sofia gaan boeken we zeker dit hotel terug."

"Voor wat we verwacht hadden was het helemaal goed. Iets duur maar het ligt middenin Male en daarom erg leuk!"

Eten en drinken was wat duur ten opzichte van lokale prijzen naast de deur.

"Wij checkte pas snachts in en dat was geen enkel probleem. Ook midden in de nacht kon er nog een extra bed geplaatst worden in de kamer en konden we zelfs nog eten bestellen."

"Fantastic place for Family. Oasis of calm and peace and beautiful places reachable by bike foot or car. Great hosts. Big surroundings and a lot of area. Mushroom picking, fishing, wonderful lakes nearby. Great value for money for sure. Recommend"

"De rust en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De kamer was perfect. Geen last van buitengeluiden. Uitstekend ontbijt. En zo fijn dat er op loopafstand zo veel leuke restaurantjes te vinden zijn! Dank aan de receptie medewerkers, die je direct thuis laten voelen in Eurostart Palace Hotel Zichy!"

"Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, je wordt helemaal in de watten gelegd. Super lekker eten in alle restaurants. Zelfs de roomservice is erg uitgebreid en goed geregeld."

Jammer dat het iets verder van Lissabon centrum afligt en dat je echt een auto nodig hebt om naar Sintra of Cascais te gaan maar je waant je in een resort waar alle faciliteiten aanwezig zijn voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf

"The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.
