Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Vloerbedekking op de kamer vind ik niet echt lekker en hygiënisch

"Uitstekend hotel in een rustige omgeving. Fijne ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg. Prachtige kamer met ruime badkamer, heerlijke douche en een comfortabele bank. Prima bedden en heerlijk ontbijt. Dichtbij het station en het centrum. Een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Salzburg."

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, enkel het gemeenschappelijke toilet.

"Mooi authentiek en stijlvol hotel op prachtige plek langs het water. Mooie details en uitstekend restaurant met ook ‘s ochtends een voortreffelijk ontbijt. Op loopafstand van Stockholm attracties en centrum, maar er stopt ook een bus voor de deur. En je kunt een gratis leenfiets gebruiken. De kamers waren keurig met ruime schone bedden en nette badkamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel; de service was geweldig. We voelden ons echt in de watten gelegd. We hebben ervan genoten."

Op foto’s lijkt het of het hotel direct aan het water ligt, maar het wordt nog gescheiden door een (druk) wandelpad. Dit vonden we jammer want we hadden gehoopt makkelijk te kunnen zwemmen. Douchen in bad vonden we minder prettig.

"Dat als je vooraf de check-in goed ingevuld hebt de aankomst soepel gaat (na ontvangst check-in gegevens op de dag zelf). Heel fijn dat er een garage bij zit om enkele motors/fietsen te stallen. En ontbijt goed en kun je s ochtends pakken als je wilt omdat het al klaar staat."

Jammer dat de communicatie omtrent het inchecken vooraf niet helemaal duidelijk was.

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"I am delighted with the quality of service, cleanliness, the abundance of facilities in the room, and the comfort it provides. Particularly, all the staff members are the nicest and most helpful individuals I have ever encountered anywhere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. It is worth every penny."

De prijs was in realiteit nog iets hoger dan via booking.com werd aangegeven.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

Onze kamer zat vol met muggen die maar bleven komen, ondanks dichte deuren en ramen. De temperatuur van de douche was niet goed te regelen en wisselde steeds, de waterdruk was wat aan de lage kant.

The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Onze voordeur had twee ramen. Hierdoor scheen er de hele nacht licht van buiten naar binnen. Dit had wat mij betreft met gordijnen afgedicht kunnen worden.

"De hotel eigenaresse was erg aardig en gastvrij en sprak erg goed Engels. Ook was het erg fijn om wat privacy te hebben in de hotelkamers. Daarnaast was het hotel gelegen in een rustige veilige wijk, vlakbij een supermarkt."

Het ontbijt was lekker, maar niet erg uitgebreid. Het zwembad was helaas wat viezig, wat waarschijnlijk kwam door de weg die ernaast lag. Ook was het best wel lawaaiig ´s nachts met alle auto´s die langs crossten.

"De lokatie is niet te verslaan. Lopend vanuit de ferry naar het hotel. De nieuwbouw is erg mooi met prima faciliteiten (gym) en pool. Uitzicht geweldig en bijna iedere ochtend een nieuw cruise schip dat vlakbij aanmeert."

De oudbouw bevatte het restaurant en ontbijtlokatie. Hier was de lift stuk ..dus 4 etages met de koffers omhoog sjouwen. Het restaurant was niet bijster goed en het ontbijt best duur voor wat het bood. Maar 200 mtr verderop aan de haven was Petit Paris open vanaf 08.30 voor een prima ontbijt voor minder dan de helft.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

De inrichting is wat gedateerd.

Alles was prima.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Everything was perfect.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"Hotel ligt op een ideale locatie. Metro + bushalte op twee minuten lopen. Winkels, eetgelegenheden en supermarkten zijn er in overvloed. Al Ghurair Mall is 1 bushalte verderop. Alle medewerkers in het hotel zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt heeft niet heel veel variatie, maar er is voldoende keus en wordt goed aangevuld. De kamer is ruim met prima bedden en voldoende plek voor de koffers."

Het is duidelijk dat het een wat ouder hotel is, maar dat is niet echt een probleem. Een nadeel is wel dat de ramen in de kamer niet open konden. Bij het zwembad zijn slechts een paar ligbedden. Het was gelukkig vaak rustig waardoor dit geen probleem was.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."
