Vakantieboerderijen in Griekenland

"Jovan is located by the river, and you can feel totally immersed in nature. The house even has swings outside and a volleyball net! We were given bikes to use and a big outdoor cooker and table. The house is really set up for use to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, and our host even offered to take us fishing if we wanted. Inside, the house is clean and comfortable and very large for what we paid. We also loved the log burner! Overall we loved staying at Jovan and the kindness of our hosts."

There was no oil to use for cooking but that is all

"Beste overnachting van onze rondrit. Spijtig dat we er niet 1 nacht langer hebben verbleven :) Zeer mooie en authentiek ingerichte kamer. Je zit midden in de natuur en de stilte. De paardjes rondom u geeft dit een extra fijn gevoel. Wij hebben ook in het restaurant gegeten en het was zeer lekker. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Je kunt er ook ter plaatse uw wagen opladen."

"Beautiful house set in the middle of nature. We booked a larger room to have some more space and it was very big with a huge terrace which we loved. The farm itself was full of different fruit trees and plants and Santhosh was kind to show us around and explain what was what. He also organised a tuktuk tour in the forest for half a day which we really enjoyed. He let us know about a local festival happening in a town nearby and even drove us back after. Breakfast was great, and so was dinner which we asked for on the last evening. We booked this place to experience the peace and nature in Kerala and this is exactly what we got, would 100% reccommend!"

The shower in our bathroom didn't have hot water connected, so in order to use the hot water, we needed to use a bucket and a jug to shower. Pillow cases were not very soft.

Er was een groep mensen van Brakel die heel veel lawaai maakte, in de ochtend en ook 's nachts. Ze dachten precies dat ze alleen waren in het gebouw. Tot 1u 's nachts heel veel lawaai! Dit is niet de plaats voor zo een verblijf denk ik. Er waren ook kleine kinderen aanwezig in de hostel. Maar er werd met niets rekening gehouden enkel met hunzelf. Maar daar kan de hostel zelf natuurlijk niet aan doen.

"De gastheer en zijn familie waren bijzonder attente en open mensen, die duidelijk graag voor hun gasten wouden zorgen. We kregen persoonlijke tips voor de omgeving en we hebben zelfs van een prive theeproverij mogen genieten. Geweldig! De plek zelf is prachtig en het was super fijn dat we van de keuken gebruik konden maken."

"Het was mooi schoon en alles was aanwezig. We kregen zelfs nog lekkere verse eieren. De tuin was erg mooi met speeltoestellen voor de kleinere kinderen en een trampoline, er waren ook fietsen die we mochten gebruiken."

De gordijnen in de woonkamer waren heel licht. Hierdoor werd de persoon die in de woonkamer op de slaapbank sliep vroeg wakker. Balkon had iets groter gemogen en jammer dat je het niet kon bereiken via je eigen appartement maar via de gang

"This place is a hidden gem, on a beautiful farm just outside of corozal. Very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were incredible, very friendly always making sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again on our future travels 😀"

Realised dishes and cutlery were not very clean when we wanted to eat. Possibly, previous travellers are to blame for this

"Accommodatie is mooi gelegen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Tegen een kleine meerprijs is diner en ontbijt beschikbaar. Dit is absoluut een aanrader. De overvloedige maaltijden zijn met liefde bereid. Geweldige stop voor iemand die op zoek is naar gastvrijheid. Rust en authenticiteit."

"As far removed from other tourists as you can get. Cheap and very backpacker. Friendly staff. You're practically living in a cambodian farm yard with fields on the doorstep."

No real complaints, just managing expectations. My room could have been be a little more finished. The guy is doing it up as he makes money, so staying there helps him do this and it didn't bother me. Difficult to locate on Google maps for your driver. Make sure you contact the place in advance for best directions.

"Cute place with lots of quirky garden ornaments everywhere. Our little house was everything we needed. No English spoken which was fun. Breakfast was very filling. You definitely need a car to get about, which was fine for us as we are on a road trip."

"At Finca Agroecológica El Rosal, I was treated as a special member of the family! Lily, Hermania and Ramiro warmly welcomed my friend and I, then arranged a set of tours to fill the afternoon and the next morning. We toured their 100% organic farm, learned about all the natural products they produce, met the animals and gawked at the beautiful vistas. After an amazing lunch, we helped harvest coffee cherries, then ground and roasted them for a delicious cup of Cafe Intag. For the evening, we harvested yuca, and made "pan de yuca" over the wood fire before settling into another delicious meal. In the morning we got to see where the women of the community harvest aloe vera and process it into natural cosmetics. The whole weekend was a lesson in biodynamic agriculture and generosity from a wonderful family living remotely in the beautiful Intag Valley! Don't hesitate to visit this Finca!"

"Hele ruime kamer en badkamer, alles superschoon. Fijn zwembad en schoon, je kreeg er zelfs badlakens bij. Vriendelijk personeel/eigenaren. Ze hadden ook een buitenkeuken/braai, waar je gebruik van mocht maken."
