Campings in Aruba

"This has been an interesting and a great experience, quite different from the other stays here in Samui. The location is nice, the beach is just outside the caravan (the sea is not really swimmable in the low tide though). The food they offer in the menu was quite delicious. The atmosphere is good too, and in the evening the whole place really transforms, with all the lights, the music and the screen with a projector."

It's a bit smelly inside, probably due to humidity. The external block of the aircon is mounted on the caravan, transmitting the vibration to the whole construction while working.

"We made use of the campsite. The food was amazing and we were very happy to make use of the outdoor shower and having our hiking clothes washed. Back on the trail feeling refreshed! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Een geweldige ervaring om in een Yurt te slapen! Een rustige en mooie omgeving, wat slapen erg fijn maakte. De Yurt heeft een eigen badkamer en voor de rest alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt was goed geregeld met afwisseling per dag. De eigenaren en het personeel waren allemaal heel lief en behulpzaam. Fijne plek."

De ligging is buiten het centrum, wat het voor mensen zonder eigen vervoer wel wat moeilijker maakt, maar niet onmogelijk (mocht je bereidt zijn 25+ minuten te lopen naar het stadje). Het kan ook erg heet worden in de Yurt, voornamelijk in de middag, maar daarvoor is er een zwembad!!

De hygiëne in de cabins. Ook bij een meerdaags verblijf wordt er niet schoongemaakt. We vonden het geen probleem om de boel zelf bij te houden, maar schoonmaakmiddelen ontbraken. Het zou al helpen als elke cabin zou beschikken over een bezem en een wisser voor de badkamervloer.

First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "Prachtige lokatie met allerlei soorten verblijven. Ontbijt en diner zijn heeeel uitgebreid en vooral lekker! Genoeg te doen in de directe omgeving voor enkele dagen. Wij sliepen in de 8 persoons sukkoth."

"De temperatuur. Ongeveer 10 graden lager dan in Andorra la Vella. Daar was het 36 graden. Het huisje was praktisch, maar eenvoudig. Goed genoeg voor het doel van het bezoeken van de geplande bezienswaardigheden."

Parkeren zou naast het huisje kunnen, maar dat was alleen laat op de avond mogelijk.

"Went there to paddle the river. The team on duty went out of their way to make me welcome. This is the off season so they made a special effort to do the river trip with me. Equipment was very modern and well kept. I was a bit out of practice so I felt in safe hands with my guides. Accomodation was great. The place has been built from scratch and with a lot of thought. Just what you need when doing river trips in Nepal."

I was happy with everything.

"Voor ons was Buzio als thuiskomen! In deze prachtige oase kom je tot rust en de groene vibes met het fijne zwembad maken het geheel tot een echt vakantiegevoel. De familie die de boel runt is als een warme douche en ze doen echt alles om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Echt een pareltje!"

Eigenlijk niks. Een airco op de kamer had trouwens wel gemogen en het bed is erg zacht en zakt wat door (is wellicht voorkeur). Het is niet super goedkoop, maar de service maakt alles goed en het heerlijke ontbijt is inclusief.

Small points could get better maintenance in the bungalow. But was quite good.

Единственото неудобство ако си на каравана или палатка са общите бани и тоалетни, но бяха чисти и бяха само за гости на къмпинга! Така, че отзива не е негативен! Разбира се, предлагат се и студия със соствен санитарен възел!

"Het is een leuke, unieke camping. De eigenaar heeft het allemaal goed geregeld waardoor je er ook in de avond goed kan eten. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Altyn Emel."

Wij sliepen in een 3-persoonskamer; onze deur kon niet op slot en ging telkens open. De deur van onze slaapkamer kwam uit op een slaapzaal. Daar waren tijdens ons verblijf geen gasten anders was het mogelijk wat gehorig geweest?

"Verwacht geen luxe 5 sterren accommodatie maar 5 sterren gastvrijheid en gezelligheid. Bovendien is alles schoon. Niets is teveel voor de eigenaren."

Ach, op elke camping zijn wel klusjes die blijven liggen.
