Luxe tenten in Colombia

"Niet alleen het verblijf zelf, maar ook alle andere activiteiten overtroffen onze verwachtingen. Zo werd het eten op een hele bijzondere manier geserveerd en is de spa heel erg mooi ingericht. De locaties waar je kon eten waren ook heel erg mooi en hadden altijd iets extra's zoals een mooi vuur. Via WhatsApp was Adrian heel erg goed bereikbaar en we werden heel erg snel geholpen bij vragen. De accommodatie vraagt om hele relaxte dagen, we zaten letterlijk in onze eigen bubbel."

"Ondanks dat de camping vol was, was het er toch rustig. Heel veel faciliteiten en speel voorzieningen voor kinderen van alle leeftijden en toilet gebouw erg schoon. Ligging is prima."

Enige nadeel is dat er geen extra speel plek op de camping plaats zelf is. Dit zorgt er wel voor dat het bij de camping plaatsen rustig is, de kinderen zijn allemaal bij de speel faciliteiten, maar soms is het ook wel fijn om voor de tent een spelletje te kunnen doen (badminton bv), die ruimte is er niet.

"Great host, with good energy, who picked me up from quay. His accommodation was only 10 minutes away. I slept in a tent with a very good, firm mattress. Not soft. In the afternoon it can be hot in the tent, so this makes it difficult to do a nap. A camping stove is available, so this was very welcomed. Onside a nice relaxing beach, where you can enjoy the water with paddling, just swimming or gaze at the ocean. During the night this area was quiet. Bathroom is near the house and supplies cold and hot water. He knows where to get good food, and cheap transport. A mosquito net may be handy next time. I really recommend this place."

"Alles. Echt een leuke plek om geweest te zijn. Michel deed echt zijn best om het ons naar ons zin te maken. Hij zei al het komt 1 x in de 4 voor dat mensen uit Nederland komen."

"My son and I spent three weeks traveling around Puerto Rico and this was a wonderful addition to our trip. I love Pitahaya's focus on sustanability and eco traveling, the exclusion of single use water bottles (BRAVO) and attention to composting and recycling. This is something rarely seen on the island and greatly needed. The mattress in the tent was very comfortable and I absolutely loved showing under the stars. A great way to camp if you are unable to bring your personal camp gear or are simply looking for a more comfortable camping experience."

The main light in our tent would only last for a few seconds. We weren't aware that it was motion activated and that made it challenging to play board games and read at night.
