"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

"We waren hier op doorreis, maar het was gewoon nog een extra dag vakantie. Zeer vriendelijke en persoonlijke ontvangst. Zeer nette kamer met alles aanwezig en uitzicht op de tuin. Hele mooie grote tuin met zwembad, ligbedden, volleybalveldje, schuurtje met spellen, gratis fietsen en grotto waar je (tegen betaling) zelf drankjes kunt pakken, bbq en serviesgoed kunt gebruiken, gratis koffie en thee kunt pakken. Alles tot in de details geregeld en perfect verzorgd. Ligging ook perfect, je bent zo bij de supermarkt of in het centrum. Losono is een leuk stadje met een gezellige promenade met allerlei restaurantjes en bars en je kunt zelfs naar een publiek strandje als je in het meer wil zwemmen. We waren graag nog een nachtje langer gebleven, maar de kamer was helaas niet langer beschikbaar. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader."

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"Ideale locatie, geweldige douche. Super fijn dat we een kleine keuken hadden, ideaal voor een ontbijt. Een rustige wijk, maar 10 minuten van het hartje centrum. Geweldig verblijf!"

De gordijnen waren moeilijk dicht te krijgen, maar geweldige accommodatie.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"La ubicación y el apartamento en general estan excelentes, lo único esque si son 4 personas 2 deben axostarse en sofás camas pequeños, pero para una noche esta bien."

El sofá cama, pero para el precio y la ubicación se compensa.

"Goede ligging. We hadden een late check in maar dat was allemaal prima verzorgd. Fijn dat dit kon zonder problemen. De wasmachine was erg fijn, ook dat er wasmiddel aanwezig was."

De bedden waren wat hard maar verder een fijn appartement.

"Makkelijk te parkeren, veilig, schoon, terras, en aardig personeel."

In eerste instantie vond ik het wat donker. We kwamen zo tegen schemer aan. Weinig lichtinval zo leek het. Vanwege de zonnige dag leek het zo, maar de volgende ochtend was het toch echt heerlijk en juist de schaduw was fijn.

"Rustig hotel met afgesloten ondergrondse garage, dicht bij het centrum, in een doodlopende straat. Receptie is continu bemand. Receptionist raadde me een prima restaurant aan in het centrum. Aangename kamer. Ik verbleef er 3 nachten."

"De ligging was heerlijk rustig en een geweldig uitzicht. Clinton was erg behulpzaam en aardig. Wij hebben genoten van alles."

De keuken was verouderd.

"Mooi appartement op goede locatie dichtbij de Luas. 2 slaapkamers met aparte badkamer, ruime woonkamer en keuken. Perfect voor een weekendje weg. Snelle check in en hele goede service"

Wellicht dat men het als een nadeel ziet. Appartement ligt op 20 min (met Luas) afstand van de stad. Was voor ons geen nadeel.

"Mooie locatie dicht bij alles. Appartement was groot en schoon. Het ontbijt was geweldig en personeel heel erg vriendelijk . Komen zeker nog eens terug ."

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. Special mention goes to the owners, Mia and her family, who were incredibly helpful and patient during our stay, even assisting us with arranging gorilla and Blue Lagoon tours. An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"Je zit hier schitterend in de jungle in je eigen huisje. Het terrein is prachtig! Alles mooi gemaakt en goed onderhouden. Mooi zwembad. We zaten in het laagseizoen dus hadden bijna alles voor onszelf."

Het is prijzig. We hadden graag iets meer variatie/mogelijkheden gehad voor eten. De menukaart bood geen goedkope opties en je heb nauwelijks andere mogelijkheden in de buurt wanneer je geen auto hebt.

"De accommodatie was prime. Het betrof condo 46. Deze was netjes en comfortabel met uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan. Wij hebben begrepen dat de kwaliteit per condo sterk kan verschillen omdat particuliere eigenaars de huizen bezitten."

"De locatie en het uitzicht zijn fantastisch. je kunt lopend naar het strand en naar de restaurants in Camps Bay. appartement zelf is goed ingedeeld, schoon en comfortabel."

Wifi was zeer matig en er was nauwelijks vervangende energie tijdens loadshedding

"Goed verblijf gehad. Locatie is perfect! Schoon, personeel kwam elke dag kamer schoonmaken/handdoeken verversen."

Het is allemaal wel wat verouderd, maar in principe wel schoon, wat belangrijker is. Dus prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

"De studio had een enorm balkon over de lange kant en de korte kant. Enorm prachtig uitzicht over de Haven en de Stad."
