"De faciliteiten zijn geweldig, zeker die op de kamer, met een enorm bubbelbad binnen en een hottub buiten."

Het (enorme) bed was naar onze smaak iets te zacht.

"Facilities and Location were good. Concierge team always helping with luggage and always opening the door for me. Housekeeping very friendly, always smiling and saying Hi. Late check- out was nice."

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

The furniture is a little outdated. The room service could add more variety to their menu.

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"Het verblijf was uitstekend. Enkel het avondmaal vond ik iets minder voor de prijs. Het personeel was echter enorm vriendelijk. Twee medewerkers die ons bijzonder zijn bijgebleven vanwege hun vriendelijkheid en sociale houding zijn Souhaib en Badr."

Het allinclusive gedeelte het eten viel ons tegen.

"De service was zo ongelofelijk vriendelijk. Ze deden er alles aan om je thuis te voelen. Ze dacht super met je mee om jou verblijf ultiem te maken."

Vrij weinig. De bedden vonden wij wat aan de harde kant.

"Prachtig verblijf. Een oase van rust. Met de auto ben je binnen 30 min in heel wat mooie steden. Lekker ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel."

In sommige kamers is de hygiëne binnen de badkamer niet heel erg schoon. Kitranden van de douche en toilet zijn vies/zwart. Ook loopt het water tijdens het douchen de badkamer in, waardoor dit een waterballet wordt.

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"Alles was ideaal, kamers, stoelen aan strand, zwembad. Ze belde zelfs naar de kamer om te vragen of alles naar wens is."

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"The staff was courteous and very helpful, they are very attentive and help us alot, more that i was expecting."

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

"Het resort zien er heel mooi uit, het eten en de drankjes waren van goede kwaleit. Het is een klein maar fijn resort. Het personeel heeft een hele goede attitude en hebben plezier in hun job. De grootste troef van dit resort is dat kinderen er niet toegelaten zijn zodat je tenminste een rustige vakantie kan hebben zonder gejengel en gevleid rondom je."

De kamer viel tegen, ik had er meer van verwacht aangezien we een Superior Kamen hadden gereserveerd. Het bed voor mij persoonlijk te hard. Het doorspoelen van het wc ging niet, en we zaten opgesloten in de kamer omdat de deur van de kamer niet meer open ging, gelukkig werd dit heel snel opgelost door het personeel

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

Relatief weinig echt goede restaurants in Panajachel te vinden

"Ubytovanie priamo na pláži, pohodlné parkovanie priamo v areáli, posedenie s altánkom na pláži. Mali sme aj večeru aj raňajky a boli sme spokojní."

"Accomodatie was in orde. Ons 5 persoonshuisje was OK, hield niet echt over met een slaapbank voor 1 persoon in de woonkamer, maar OK. Het is op zich op een mooi terrein gelegen en het personeels is prima. Wij probeerden dagelijks een rustige plek te vinden om te zitten aan de zee. Dat was altijd even zoeken in de drukte."

Maar hier nog een keer naar toe? Nee: de WiFi is gewoon slecht. Het idee dat wij vooraf hadden dat het een vrij rustig complex betrof, bleek onterecht. Dit complex is onderdeel van meerdere mega campings. Dus zoek je rust, ga hier niet heen. Het merendeel van de gasten betreft ook echt campingvolk. Veel Nederlander en Duitsers. Daarvoor reisden wij niet af naar deze plek in Kroatië. Betalen voor ligbedden en parasols, echt waar? Voor een 4 sterren complex! Verder, de winkel op het terrein is erg duur. Veel duurder dan de supermarkt, die 2,5 km verderop licht van hetzelfde concern. Niet heen gaan dus.

"Zeer hartelijk welkom. Grote kamer met zitje. Balkon met uitzicht. Goed eten en vriendelijk bediening bij de bar en diner."

Parkeren was lastig, omdat het erg druk was. Verder geen klachten.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

De meubels in de lounge zijn heel erg aan vervanging toe!

Het eten was niet echt smaakvol en bijna geen keuze.

"Echt alles, nog nooit in een hotel geweest waar alles zo fantastisch werd verzorgd. Prachtig strand. De service en vriendelijkheid. Overal is aan gedacht, s”ochtends liggen al nieuwe handdoeken klaar op de bedjes op het strand, de parasols worden zo gezet dat je de hele dag schaduw kunt hebben, iedere keer gekoeld water bij je strandbedje. De bedjes staan uit elkaar voor privacy. Je huurauto parkeren voor de deur, fijne restaurantjes op prima rijafstand. Een gevulde koelkast met allerlei complimentary drankjes, zelfs een ijsemmer met welkomchampagne bij aankomst. De inrichting van het strandrestarant zo sfeervol. De tennisbanen, de fitness de lessen. Tot in de kleinste details geregeld, persoonlijk, fijne sfeer, grote kamers, vriendelijkheid van iedereen zelfs met de honden van buurtbewoners werd goed omgegaan."

Helemaal niets.

"Zeer hartelijk welkom. Grote kamer met zitje. Balkon met uitzicht. Goed eten en vriendelijk bediening bij de bar en diner."

Parkeren was lastig, omdat het erg druk was. Verder geen klachten.

"Schone goed uitgeruste kamers met uitstekende airco. Mooi zwembad met bediening en een leuke pier de surinamerivier in."

De toeslag voor een paar garnalen in de 15 dollar caesar salade bleek maar liefst 18 dollar te zijn.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno
