"Schitterende plek net ietsje buiten het drukke centrum, echter je loopt er binnen 8 minuten naartoe. Het huisje was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien! Je hebt een beetje het gevoel of je onderdeel uitmaakt van de lokale bewoners: de kindergeluiden en muziek op straat (tot ongeveer 22.00), het vele hondengeblaf en een kakofonie van haaiengekraai in de vroege ochtend. Hier moet je dus wel een beetje tegen kunnen. Er is niet echt een receptie, dus je moet het zelf een beetje uitzoeken, maar dat heeft ook wel weer zijn charme en voelt of het je eigen huisje is."

"Heerlijke, tropische tuin met sfeervolle, ruime villa's en uitstekende catering en service. In de grote, overkapte loungeruimte wordt liefdevol ontbijt, lunch en diner geserveerd. Daar kun je ook relaxed werken of ontspannen. Voor mij voelde Eco Villas als een paradijs. Ligt 10 min met 'boda of tuktuk' van mooiste stranden vandaan (ten noorden of zuiden van 't centrum) of ga lekker te voet op ontdekkingstocht langs eindeloze reeks winkeltjes en stalletjes langs de weg richting Watamu Beach, waar 'Paradise' een hemels strandtentje is!"

In dit paradijsje neem je locale/regionale storingen in elektra-voorziening en wifi voor lief. (Er is een generator aanwezig voor langere storingen) Betalen gebeurt cash bij vertrek (of via M-pesa app)

Restaurant choice was very limited but food was good
