"We very much liked the experience but the shower head was faulty"

The shower head was leaking.

"De locatie is fantastisch! Een ruim huis, heerlijk open met een grote tuin! Het water is echt geweldig, de schelpen, de vissen en het strandje. Erg van genoten!"

Het huis zou wel een likje verf kunnen gebruiken en iets meer aandacht voor de hygiëne in de badkamer.

The room is quite old and small.

The breakfast a bit poor

"De locatie was geweldig aan het mooie strand en de (bad)kamer was giga groot en helemaal nieuw. Personeel maakte er ‘s avonds een feestje van. Bij de receptie moeten ze nog een beetje leren lachen."

Het hotel ernaast had veel muziek tot 23:00 uur. En het het diner was een buffet. Dit was oké maar voor deze prijs verwacht iets hoger niveau.

"Steps away to beach. The restaurant/bar serves delicious food and drinks. The staffs were friendly and ready to help with anything. Will definitely return again."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

Het hotel is langzaam wat gedateerd, wat meer kapot, kit, moeilijker schoon te houden. Rest is oké, eten enzo. Prima, maar kamer en sanitair is versleten.

"De rust en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De kamer was perfect. Geen last van buitengeluiden. Uitstekend ontbijt. En zo fijn dat er op loopafstand zo veel leuke restaurantjes te vinden zijn! Dank aan de receptie medewerkers, die je direct thuis laten voelen in Eurostart Palace Hotel Zichy!"

"Fijne grote kamer, thee en koffie faciliteiten en föhn. Prima bedden. Op 1 vd kamers was de waterdruk slecht, dit werd meteen opgelost door een andere kamer aan te bieden. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet"

De kamers zijn behoorlijk gehorig.

"De dame die het buffet runde gaf ons een zeer warm welkom en maakte ons verblijf heel speciaal"

Kleine dingetjes: douchecabine kleine kier moet even gefikst (vergeten te melden).

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"De vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van het personeel was unaniem goed. Fijne locatie qua buurt voor Marakech. Hier kan je ongestoord rondwandelen in een buurt waar het netjes is en op 20 min kom je dan in een totaal andere wereld terecht. Fijn liggen aan de zwembaden, die door de vele afscheidingen een zeer rustig gevoel geeft. Zeer verzorgd hotel, superlekker eten in de restaurantjes, fenomenaal ontbijt. Een hotel die we meteen opnieuw zouden boeken. Wel viel ons op dat er veel te veel personeel rondloopt naargelang het werk dat er uitgevoerd wordt."

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

Note that the breakfast is in extra but exquisite !

"This hotel is at the higher end of the price range but i keep returning as they have an EXCELLENT restaurant and very professional friendly staff. Many of the staff are long term employees and are true hospitality staff. I just hope they are appreciated by Mendana senior management."

The reticulated TV system requires some work as reception is poor and the room lighting is not real good. Also, we stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms and the maintenance manager should be aware that many of the newly laid floor tiles are "drummy" and will require repairs very soon.

"Wij checkte pas snachts in en dat was geen enkel probleem. Ook midden in de nacht kon er nog een extra bed geplaatst worden in de kamer en konden we zelfs nog eten bestellen."

"Breakfast was excellent. Location is also very good. Transportation to attractions very convenient. Ruin of St. Paul and senado square etc. is walkable distance."

Everything thing we find good.

"Centraal, betaalbaar, vriendelijk personeel. Fijne kamer. Lekker zwembad en poolmenu. Op loopafstand is bier te koop."

Kamer was niet geheel schoon. Kringen op het dressoir.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

Bij ontbijt is slechts normale koffie inbegrepen. een espresso wordt apart afgerekend. voor dit hotel met deze prijzen een beetje overdreven om dat ook nog te berekenen.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Menu kaart in restaurant is niet echt uitgebreid. Veel licht in restaurant bij het diner. Het kan wat gezelliger met kaarsjes en/of kleine tafellampjes.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"Fantische ligging, je kan overal heen lopen. Ontzettend mooi dakterras waar het ontbijt is en mooi uitzicht over de Bosporus. Mooie kamers, goed personeel. Perfect!"

Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr schwach.

"Fantastische locatie in het midden van de baai. Behulpzaam en supervriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk, enorm uitgebreid ontbijt met voor ieder wat wils. Wij hebben zelfs een gratis upgrade gekregen naar een grote kamer met terras, heel luxe!"

Onze kamer zat vol met muggen die maar bleven komen, ondanks dichte deuren en ramen. De temperatuur van de douche was niet goed te regelen en wisselde steeds, de waterdruk was wat aan de lage kant.
