Onze voordeur had twee ramen. Hierdoor scheen er de hele nacht licht van buiten naar binnen. Dit had wat mij betreft met gordijnen afgedicht kunnen worden.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"We voelden ons meteen welkom door de vriendelijke ontvangst. De locatie is fijn: rustig, maar toch heel centraal, vlak bij tram en metro en op tien minuutjes lopen van het Rijksmuseum. De kamer was schoon, de badkamer ruim en het bed heerlijk comfortabel. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. We komen graag nog eens terug!"

Het hotel ernaast had veel muziek tot 23:00 uur. En het het diner was een buffet. Dit was oké maar voor deze prijs verwacht iets hoger niveau.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, je wordt helemaal in de watten gelegd. Super lekker eten in alle restaurants. Zelfs de roomservice is erg uitgebreid en goed geregeld."

Jammer dat het iets verder van Lissabon centrum afligt en dat je echt een auto nodig hebt om naar Sintra of Cascais te gaan maar je waant je in een resort waar alle faciliteiten aanwezig zijn voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

De inrichting is wat gedateerd.

"De vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van het personeel was unaniem goed. Fijne locatie qua buurt voor Marakech. Hier kan je ongestoord rondwandelen in een buurt waar het netjes is en op 20 min kom je dan in een totaal andere wereld terecht. Fijn liggen aan de zwembaden, die door de vele afscheidingen een zeer rustig gevoel geeft. Zeer verzorgd hotel, superlekker eten in de restaurantjes, fenomenaal ontbijt. Een hotel die we meteen opnieuw zouden boeken. Wel viel ons op dat er veel te veel personeel rondloopt naargelang het werk dat er uitgevoerd wordt."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"Lonno lodge is echt een geweldig verblijf. Silvia en Aldo hebben de ecolodge met heel veel liefde gebouwd, met heerlijke, ruimtelijke vertrekken en privé terrassen. Na Nairobi en Mombasa was dit echt een prachtige oase. Het ontbijt, zwembad en de zee aan het klif, zijn top. Het team is ongelofelijk aardig, attent en gezellig. We waren met onze 1 jarige dochter en ze hebben haar en ons echt thuis laten voelen terwijl er aan alles werd gedacht. Heerlijk dat je met een slapend kleintje onder de sterren kunt dineren. De lodge ligt wel wat verder uit het centrum, maar dat vonden wij wel relaxed. Met de elektrische tuktuk (die je vanuit Lonno kunt pakken) ben je overal, bv Gedi ruïnes, heel snel. Wij komen heel graag nog een keer terug."

The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"La Orana. De OWB waren echt 🤩 Wij zaten aan de achterzijde aan de koralen, waar we mooi konden tussen lopen en waar de meeste vissen zaten. Ook het strand was heerlijk en we beleefden er een prachtige Polynesische avond😍"

Alles beviel mij aan deze locatie! Het was idyllisch, prachtiger kan niet meer🌸 Mauruuru!

Omgeving is schoon de mensen zijn fantastisch, maar ook de mensen due er werken zijn geweldig. Iedereen lacht. De hele dag hoor je Jambo en Hakuna Matata. Ooooo wil zo graag terug. Dit is een verblijf waar we zeker nog een keer naar toe willen.❤️"
