Luxe tenten in Zweden

"Een fantastische luxe tent met veel ruimte die smaakvol is ingericht met veel steigerhout, Fatboy lamp en zitzak, een barbecue en badkamer met Omdat het in juni nog niet zo druk op de camping was, was het super rustig. Heerlijk die stilte. Uitzicht op het groen. Het terras is enorm groot. Er is een fijn zwembad op de camping. De buitenkeuken, grote eettafel en bank buiten zijn geweldig."

Wij waren met z'n tweeën en hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte, maar als je 3 kinderen in het 2e piepkleine slaapkamertje ( met 3 stapelbedden) kwijt moet, dan is het proppen. Dan kun je je koffers/ tassen niet kwijt. De WiFi was niet geweldig Het campingwinkeltje heeft niet veel te bieden.

"We zijn voor de 3de keer in Kokha Moya geweest. Telkens is Lyton onze gids/chauffeur. Hij is een topper!"

"Everything from the transfer drive in the lodge 4x4 and boat hop to the island was first class. Our tented accommodation was superb. Loved the outside shower (there is an internal shower). The included game drives and river cruise were fantastic and our guides were friendly and informative. Hippos in the river close by, monkeys in the trees. You really feel you are in the bush. Food, superb. Service, superb. Full stocked mini bar. Seating area around the fire pit, amazing. I could go on all day with positives. Highly recommend 👌"

Having to leave

"The breakfast was amazing. The hosts were very kind. The view was stunning."

The road to get to the lodge was in terrible shape.

"Het ontvangst van het zeer vriendelijke personeel. Mooie grote tent met de faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Zag er netjes en verzorgd uit."

De aangeboden safari’s zijn twee keer zo duur als de safari’s bij een ander bedrijf

"Very nice view onto the valley and the volcano. We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well."

The water in the jacuzzi is warm but not hot, but it wasn’t bad and totally acceptable for being in the middle of nowhere.

"Hele mooie plek aan het water. Vriendelijk personeel en een relaxte sfeer. Je pakt zelf je drankjes bij de bar en dat gaat op vertrouwen. Heerlijk ontbijt en eten!"

Het was echt prachtig! Tip: een klein koelkastje in de tent.

"Alles. Echt een leuke plek om geweest te zijn. Michel deed echt zijn best om het ons naar ons zin te maken. Hij zei al het komt 1 x in de 4 voor dat mensen uit Nederland komen."

"Amazing remote location but still easily accessible! Like a barefoot oasis where everything felt very personal and intimate. The rooms are stunning, facing the river. At night it felt like being one with nature. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family!"

"Als je naar IJsland gaat moet je wel in een Dome hebben geslapen. Het is echt heel tof! Goede voorzieningen met hottub."

Temperatuur ging niet altijd heel makkelijk, bij aankomst 30 graden wat enorm warm was. Gezet naar 20 graden en dat was fris.

It had to be expected but the rain falling on the tent made it hard to sleep, otherwise everything is good !

"Tropical paradise. The resort is accessible only by boat and up against a national park with lots of lemurs. We were there for five days, four nights in a beachfront bungalow with private facilities. Sun lounges under coconut palms. Local seafood at the restaurant. Hardly any other guests. Affordable for budget travelers."

Ok, cold water showers, but hey.
