"Close 5 min drive to beautiful beach and a nice restaurant. Nice drive from main road and calm area. Large rooms and good setup"

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

"The host was super nice, she even helped me out to find locations in the city, the house was very clean, quiet and comfy. I would totally recommend it to everyone, i also want to mention that the house is historical. Would totally come back❤️❤️"

"The property is as super clean, modern and beautifully designed. All fittings are of good quality and very comfortable beds. The flat is of good size, with large bedrooms and good sized well equipped kitchen. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and easy and there is plenty of room of store all of your belongings. We will most definitely be staying here again."

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍

"Very nice hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The tiny balcony was a plus for me and the people where so nice and friendly."

The location was not perfect for me, I ended up renting a scooter which I highly recommend.

"Mooi ruim appartement. Heerlijk boven de spar, hier kan je alles kopen. Verse broodjes aan de deur. Koffie apparaat met bonen en filter. Echt aan alles is gedacht."

"Het apartment was zeer ruim (60m2) en voorzien van veel keukenapparatuur. Onze Genius3 kwalificatie gaf een fantastische upgrade naar een luxe apartement"

Het regende bij aankomst waardoor helaas onze 18 holes pitch and putt wedstrijd hier op het terrein niet door kon gaan.

"Dal momento in cui siamo entrati nella struttura ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La sig.ra Gina incarna l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza che ogni ospite desidera ricevere; empatica e mai invadente, generosa nel donarsi, attenta e cordiale. Camere, ambienti comuni interni e giardino sono molto curati, la pulizia impeccabile. Io sono vegana e a colazione mi sono sentita più che accolta. Grazie per averci regalato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con affetto."

"Mooi schoon app. Met prachtig terras en uitzicht op haven. Dichtbij klein strandje, prima. Uiteindelijk zijn we naar Goverments Beach gegaan 15 min rijden. Heel mooi. Airco erg goed."

Dorpje beetje saai. Paar restaurants. Wilde 1x zelf simpel koken was er maar 1 pan en een kleine koekenpan. Lastig. Bed erg klein jammer. En de slaapkamer was niet goed te verduisteren waardoor ik vroeg wakker wordt.

"Facility was extremely nice, high ceilings with crown molding made it feel bigger than it actually was. Decor was very nice, and there were amenities aplenty. Huge balcony facing the Gulf. It felt like we were staying in our own ready-made home, complete with old Bible with plenty of notes :-)"

Refrigerator was very nice and modern, but the ice machine put out ice with mold on it. We checked the ice tray itself, and the ice was fine, so guessing the dispenser was to blame. The jacuzzi jets, as well, blew out particles of mold, some significant, when engaged. We did not see this in the tub until after the water had been drained. We did not let these factors detract from the overall experience, but, but mold is a pretty major thing that we'd suggest checking more often. Be aware that the check-in instructions you get from your booking agency may not reflect actual conditions/requirements, but this is not a problem with the host.

"Spacious, big, bright, comfortable, close to city center, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Very lively area which matched my expectations"

Apartment is very nice but it’s located in an ugly staircase which isn’t the owner fault though of course

"Lovely location and grounds. Pedro was friendly and gave us great advice for where to eat. The facilities were just what we needed. Secure parking. Lucky the dog was lovely too!"

The one thing that was missing was a sharp knife to peel oranges.

"Mooie grote kamers (2) met geruisloze airco. Rustige ligging maar toch niet ver van grote baan"

De verschillende eigenaar ( ik denk een groot gezin) zijn moeilijk te vinden... dus geen permanente receptie. Na een 5 dagen verblijf wist de eigenares nog steeds niet wat te vertellen. Zelfs vertrokken zonder enige dankbaarheid te tonen... maar dit doet niet af aan de prijs/ kwaliteit aanbieding.

"We zijn ontzettend vriendelijk behandeld door deze meneer. Heerlijk eten, ontbijtje en hij heeft ons rondgeleid bij de grotwoningen. Dank je wel"
