"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. "Gloednieuw appartement met mooie keuken, living, terras, slaapkamer met airco en badkamer, vlakbij bushalte gelegen. Zwembad is heerlijk. Mooi zicht op het water. Wel veel wind en nog niet veel schaduw (boompjes moeten nog wat groeien 😊) Vriendelijke dame die makkelijk te bereiken is via whatsapp voor wanneer je een vraag hebt. Heel behulpzaam."

Ik ben ziek geworden door de airco. Jammer dat deze in het plafond is ingewerkt en de hele tijd op jou blaast. Uitdoen is 's nachts geen optie wegens te warm.

"prima plek! Heerlijk om na 2 weken zeilen weer in normaal bed te slapen. Mooie lokatie, was wel ff zoeken om te vinden. Maar vriendelijke dame was ook na sluitingstijd bereikbaar."

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"

"We had a family room with a kitchen (all utensils included), which I highly recommend. The beds also had comfortable mattresses, fast internet, and adequate hot water. Breakfast is included in the price, including an omelet, salad, bread, and tea/coffee. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance."

The hotel is a bit tired and its age is evident. Our room also lacked a desk, forcing us to go down to reception to work on our laptop. After preparing a hot meal, we were forced to eat sitting on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. But all these downsides are outweighed by the more significant advantages described above.

"The hotel very near to the ski resort . Walking distance 5min to phoenix ski . Infront of the hotel got CU mart . If you guys plan to stay here ..please stop at pyeongchang station . 15-20min to the hotel by Uber ."

"Hele vriendelijke vrouw die ons verwelkomd en konden kiezen welke kamer we wilde. Kamer was goed uitgerust met ook een keukenblokje. Bedden sliepen goed. Ontbijt was erg goed. Als ik in deze streek nog een zou komen zou ik zeker weer hier terug komen."

"Rustig gelegen appartement met mooi zwembad, maar verder geen gezelligheid. Geen eigen parkeerplaats, maar verderop in de straat kun je de auto meestal wel kwijt"

Geen oven, alleen magnetron. Rekening daarmee houdend, misten we het verder niet

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.
